Precis i detta \u00f6gonblick \u00e4r den hel r\u00e4tt och fullkomligt perfekt. Trenden med mackan som \u00e4r en total och galen blandning av fastfood och finmat. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Valet av skaldjur varierar. Ofta ser man mackan under rubriken &#8221;Lobster roll&#8221; men krabba \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 vanligt eller varf\u00f6r inte g\u00f6ra den p\u00e5 r\u00e4kor?! Jag s\u00e4ger, v\u00e4lj det som passar dig b\u00e4st. Principen \u00e4r densamma. Det handlar om fina skaldjur i ett korvbr\u00f6d. Just precis s\u00e5, fin- och fulmat i samma tugga.<\/p>\n<p>Eller det beror p\u00e5 hur man ser det och hur man g\u00f6r det f\u00f6r det kan verkligen bli en alldeles fantastisk ny\u00e5rsmacka. Br\u00f6det ska vara av typen brioche. Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Crab roll (eller hummer, eller r\u00e4kor)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g hel krabba, eller hummer, eller r\u00e4kor<\/li>\n<li>2 msk majonn\u00e4s<\/li>\n<li>ett par st\u00e4nk tabasco<\/li>\n<li>2 msk t\u00e4rnad gurka<\/li>\n<li>1 msk fint skuren stj\u00e4lkselleri<\/li>\n<li>1 msk finskuren dill<\/li>\n<li>1 msk finhackad gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>sallat<\/li>\n<li>4 korv- eller hamburgerbr\u00f6d av briochetyp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Dela krabban, krossa klorna och ta tillvara p\u00e5 k\u00f6tt och \u00e4tbara delar. R\u00e4kna med att ungef\u00e4r trettio procent av vikten f\u00f6rsvinner i spill. V\u00e4ljer du hummer eller r\u00e4kor s\u00e5 g\u00e4ller samma sak.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda majonn\u00e4sen med tabasco. R\u00f6r varsamt ihop med den mycket fint t\u00e4rnade gurkan, riktigt finskuren selleri, dill och gr\u00e4s- eller salladsl\u00f6k. Krabba eller andra skaldjur blandas i som sista ingrediens. Smaka av och l\u00e4gg eventuellt till lite mer majonn\u00e4s.<\/li>\n<li>Rosta br\u00f6den gyllenbruna eller v\u00e4nd dem hastigt i en het grillpanna.<\/li>\n<li>Fyll br\u00f6den med sallat och krabbr\u00f6ran.
