V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag har sk\u00e4mt bort dem. S\u00e5 \u00e4r det bara. Minst tv\u00e5 av tre mexikanska tillbeh\u00f6r ska ackompanjera en chili annars gn\u00e4ller barnen. Och jag h\u00e5ller med det blir genast en festr\u00e4tt av middagen mitt i veckan.<\/p>\n<p>Vardagsmaten g\u00e5r i perioder. \u00a0Det finns vissa r\u00e4tter som bokstavligt talat g\u00e5r varma en tid f\u00f6r att sedan falla undan ett tag och komma igen. Just nu \u00e4r det mycket chiligryta. Tre olika tillbeh\u00f6r att v\u00e4lja bland n\u00e4r det ska serveras en chiligryta. Pico de gallo, mangosalsa och guacamole. Det doftar chili, koriander och lime.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Vi \u00e4ter ofta chili med ris och en klick yoghurt och s\u00e5 \u00e4r det de h\u00e4r r\u00f6rorna, eller kanske snarare salsorna. En variant \u00e4r att servera chili och tillbeh\u00f6r i tortillias eller i pitabr\u00f6d. Mycket gott och uppskattat som rej\u00e4lare mellanm\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4lj n\u00e5got eller kanske ett par av de tre tillbeh\u00f6ren f\u00f6r att pigga upp i vinterm\u00f6rkret. Det funkar faktiskt. Jag har testat. M\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger.<\/p>\n<h2>Pico de gallo<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>400 gram tomater<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd r\u00f6d l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd mellanstark chilifrukt<\/li>\n<li>1 lime<\/li>\n<li>1 matsked olja<\/li>\n<li>2 kryddm\u00e5tt salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 kruka f\u00e4rsk koriander<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>T\u00e4rna tomaterna sm\u00e5tt. Finhacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k. Dela chilin och skrapa bort mellanv\u00e4ggarna innan den hackas mycket fint.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg tomater l\u00f6k och chili i en sk\u00e5l. Pressa \u00f6ver lime och r\u00f6r i oljan. Smaka av med salt. Sk\u00e4r koriandern fint och blanda i strax f\u00f6re servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Guacamole<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 mogna avokados<\/li>\n<li>1 liten tomat<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 liten vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>1 lime<\/li>\n<li>2 kryddm\u00e5tt salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 kruka koriander<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mosa avokadon grovt med en gaffel. Sk\u00e4r tomaten i mycket sm\u00e5 t\u00e4rningar. Finhacka l\u00f6ken och pressa vitl\u00f6ken.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l, pressa \u00f6ver lime och salta. Sk\u00e4r koriandern fint och blanda i precis innan servering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Mangosalsa<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 mango<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd r\u00f6d l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd medelstark chilifrukt<\/li>\n<li>1 lime<\/li>\n<li>1 matsked olja<\/li>\n<li>2 kryddm\u00e5tt salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 kruka koriander<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>T\u00e4rna mangon i sm\u00e5 bitar. Finhacka l\u00f6ken. Dela och skrapa bort mellanv\u00e4ggarna i chilin. Finhacka och l\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l tillsammans med mango och l\u00f6k.<\/li>\n<li>Pressa \u00f6ver lime. Blanda i olja och salt. Sk\u00e4r koriandern fint och tills\u00e4tt den.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allt gott!
