Det finns en hel l\u00e5ng rad med fantastiska kryddblandningar som har en traditionell anv\u00e4ndning, men som absolut kan flyttas runt och hitta andra smakkompanjoner. En av dem \u00e4r gremolata.<\/p>\n<p>Tre enkla ingredienser som tillsammans blir s\u00e5 mycket mer. Gremolata \u00e4r ett italienskt p\u00e5hitt som brukar serveras till k\u00f6ttr\u00e4tten Osso bucco. Mor\u00f6tter, k\u00e5l och b\u00f6nor lyfter av en liten kryddskjuts.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Dillvarianten till ugnsrostade mor\u00f6tter rekommenderas varmt. Riktigt gott! Den som verkligen vill h\u00f6ja gr\u00f6nsakerna till h\u00f6jderna kan dessutom riva \u00f6ver lite f\u00e4rsk parmesan, eller en bit fetaost.<\/p>\n<p>Mer \u00e4n s\u00e5 beh\u00f6vs inte f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra ett lysande tillbeh\u00f6r eller en hel r\u00e4tt av de gr\u00f6na b\u00f6norna, rotfrukterna eller k\u00e5lmixen. Koka, stek hastigt eller ugnsrosta innan du str\u00f6r \u00f6ver hacket.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5got exakt recept att f\u00f6lja beh\u00f6vs egentligen inte, men ungef\u00e4r s\u00e5h\u00e4r kan det se ut.<\/p>\n<h2>Gremolata<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3\/4 dl hackade \u00f6rter, persilja eller dill<\/li>\n<li>1 citron<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>eventuellt olivolja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Riv det yttersta gula skalet av citronen. Riv eller hacka vitl\u00f6ken ytterst fint. Blanda ingredienserna och droppa eventuellt \u00f6ver lite olivolja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Det \u00e4r inget salt med i blandningen eftersom jag t\u00e4nker mig att saltet kommer med gr\u00f6nsakerna. B\u00f6norna \u00e4r kokta i saltat vatten. Det ugnsrostade \u00e4r saltat redan p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten.<\/p>\n<p>Det finns som sagt en hel rad sp\u00e4nnande kryddblandningar att experimentera med.
