Vad \u00e4r meningen? De beh\u00f6ver ju egentligen inget jorddjup att tala om. N\u00e5gra centimeter r\u00e4cker. S\u00e5dden ska vara riktigt t\u00e4t, \u00e4rtorna ska verkligen t\u00e4cka jordytan s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka r\u00e4kna ut ungef\u00e4r hur mycket som g\u00e5r \u00e5t.<\/li>\n<li>Jag bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gger \u00e4rtorna ett par timmar f\u00f6r att snabba p\u00e5 processen. Sedan fyller jag krukan eller tr\u00e5get med jord, t\u00e4cker ytan med \u00e4rtorna och l\u00e4gger ett tunt lager jord \u00f6ver. De gror fint utan jord i ett lager ovanp\u00e5, men jag tycker att den andra sk\u00f6rden blir b\u00e4ttre om de verkligen \u00e4r jordade.<\/li>\n<li>St\u00e4ll ljust och h\u00e5ll fuktigt men inte bl\u00f6tt. Om andra v\u00e4xter ogillar v\u00e4rme underifr\u00e5n s\u00e5 \u00e4r det \u00e4rtskottens favoritmilj\u00f6. G\u00e4rna element under allts\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4nta inte f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge med sk\u00f6rden. Allra godast \u00e4r skotten n\u00e4r de \u00e4r 6-7 centimeter. Sedan finns risk att de blir tr\u00e5diga. Sk\u00f6rdar du r\u00e4tt s\u00e5 kommer \u00e4rtorna ge ytterligare en sk\u00f6rd. Det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att l\u00e5ta sig f\u00f6rf\u00f6ras av den spirande gr\u00f6nska och l\u00e5ta den st\u00e5, men godast \u00e4r dina \u00e4rtskott riktigt sp\u00e4da.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Och vad har man dem till? Enklast \u00e4r att \u00e4ta dem direkt. Klipp en liten rugge att ha p\u00e5 mackan eller i salladen. De smakar mild, s\u00f6t, krispig, \u00e4rta.<\/p>\n<p>Jag klipper ofta en knippa till dagens gr\u00f6na smoothie och mixar med gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l, spenat, \u00e4pple, avodado, ingef\u00e4ra och \u00e4ppelmust.<\/p>\n<p>Favoriten \u00e4r nog i alla fall att sm\u00f6rsteka, med eller utan vitl\u00f6k. D\u00e5 passar de till samma saker som sm\u00f6rstekt spenat. I pasta, blandat i ris eller i potatismos. En driva p\u00e5 stekt fisk eller till omeletten. Har jag br\u00e5ttom kan det bli snabblunch p\u00e5 sm\u00f6rstekta \u00e4rtskott och stekt \u00e4gg p\u00e5 en macka.
