Den blir kryddan som framh\u00e4ver r\u00e5varan samtidigt som den fortfarande \u00e4r helt och h\u00e5llet sig sj\u00e4lv. Varje ost har sin personlighet och tillf\u00f6rs den maten riven finns den unika karakt\u00e4ren kvar. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ost kan g\u00f6ra underverk i maten p\u00e5 s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt. H\u00e4r plussar jag f\u00f6r det allra enklaste, en riven n\u00e4ve.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4r har ni ett av de d\u00e4r tricken som inneb\u00e4r minimal k\u00f6ksinsats med stor utdelning. Den d\u00e4r n\u00e4ven \u00e4r ofta r\u00e4ddaren som f\u00f6rvandlar en trivial m\u00e5ltid till superb. Gott nog i ensamt majest\u00e4t, men alldeles underbart med en n\u00e4ve riven ost p\u00e5 toppen precis innan servering.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>En n\u00e4ve riven ost &#8211; perfekt till<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Omeletten som kan k\u00e4nnas lite ensam d\u00e4r p\u00e5 tallriken f\u00e5r en helt ny dimension om den serveras het, absolut nygjord i s\u00e4llskap av en driva god ost.<\/li>\n<li>Det vardagliga potatismoset blir en helt ny r\u00e4tt n\u00e4r du r\u00f6r i osten.<\/li>\n<li>Och allt det ugnsrostade! Rotsakerna, potatisen, t\u00e4nk vilken uppgradering n\u00e4r du river \u00f6ver ett lager av din nyuppt\u00e4ckta ostfavorit. Testa ocks\u00e5 g\u00e4rna mitt recept p\u00e5 ugnsrostad minipumpa. Ett lyckat misstag.<\/li>\n<li>I pastan! Beh\u00f6ver jag s\u00e4ga mer? Och i risotton, sj\u00e4lvklart! Jag gjorde en h\u00e4romdagen med spenat, sm\u00f6r och V\u00e4sterbottensost. J\u00f6sses, va gott!<\/li>\n<li>Gnocchi \u00e4r en given v\u00e4n till den rivna osten.<\/li>\n<li>Testa ocks\u00e5 att riva ost \u00f6ver kokta gr\u00f6nsaker som genast k\u00e4nns piggare. Ost och broccoli! Ost och gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor! Ost och spenat! Ost och sparris! Och s\u00e5 vidare.<\/li>\n<li>Salladen kan bli betydligt roligare med riven eller tunt flagad ost p\u00e5 toppen. Prova exempelvis till en enkel variant med hyvlad f\u00e4nk\u00e5l, \u00e4pple, spenat och dill.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ost \u00e4r verkligen en viktig ingrediens b\u00e5de f\u00f6r smak och konsistens i m\u00e4ngder av r\u00e4tter.
