Jag lovar, den \u00e4r inte som n\u00e5got annat, ni m\u00e5ste helt enkelt se sj\u00e4lva. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det finns recept som st\u00e5r i en klass f\u00f6r sig och det h\u00e4r tillh\u00f6r definitivt den gruppen. Alldeles ovanligt bra! Resultatet \u00e4r en ostkr\u00e4m med fantastisk struktur och gudomlig smak. En smak som du har m\u00f6jlighet att p\u00e5verka sj\u00e4lv.<\/p>\n<p>Receptet \u00e4r enkelt och en av ingredienserna \u00e4r ost. Osten s\u00e4tter pr\u00e4gel och du kan v\u00e4lja en som passar dig eller synkar r\u00e4tten den ska serveras till. Jag har provat med parmesan, med v\u00e4sterbottensost och med cheddar. Lika bra varje g\u00e5ng och ostens karakt\u00e4r finns tydligt kvar hela v\u00e4gen till tallriken.<\/p>\n<p>Vi har ofta serverat den delikata, silkeslena lilla kr\u00e4men..klicken, till l\u00e4ttkokta gr\u00f6nsaker. Till f\u00e4rsk potatis, till r\u00f6dbetor och till sparris. N\u00e5gong\u00e5ng p\u00e5 \u00e4gghalvor tillsammans med gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k och dill och ibland p\u00e5 mycket tunt skivat riktigt fint k\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n<p>Den passar till stekt abborrefil\u00e9 med massor av dill, eller varf\u00f6r inte till en grillad br\u00f6dbit med skivade tomater, bacon och basilika.\u00a0 Den \u00e4r helt enkelt bra till mycket. Ni kan s\u00e4kert hitta fler m\u00f6jligheter.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r har ni receptet. V\u00e5rda det v\u00e4l. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r verkligen en p\u00e4rla!<\/p>\n<h2>Ostkr\u00e4m &#8211; helt gudomlig!<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g v\u00e4sterbottensost, eller annan god smakrik sort<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e4ggulor<\/li>\n<li>2- 2 \u00bd dl rapsolja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Riv osten fint. Koka upp gr\u00e4dden. Ta kastrullen fr\u00e5n plattan och r\u00f6r genast i osten s\u00e5 att den sm\u00e4lter helt. L\u00e5t blandningen svalna.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg tv\u00e5 \u00e4ggulor och ostblandningen i beh\u00e5llaren till en stavmixer.\u00a0 K\u00f6r ig\u00e5ng mixern och h\u00e4ll sakta i oljan.
