Den perfekta vegetariska biffen eller vegoburgaren \u00e4r ett hett byte. R\u00e4tten som passar alla. Strikt vego eller inte. Den ska vara snabb att g\u00f6ra, utan m\u00e5nga, kr\u00e5ngliga ingredienser och g\u00e4rna l\u00e4tt att variera. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vi \u00e4r en stor familj. Fem ungar varav en del fortfarande bor hemma och andra flyttar lite bort och hem igen beroende p\u00e5 uppdrag runt om i v\u00e4rlden. Och s\u00e5 \u00e4r det f\u00f6rst\u00e5s de d\u00e4r tv\u00e5 sm\u00e5 pytteungarna och deras pappa. Ja, kort sagt, mycket mat blir det. Trevligt och lite trixigt eftersom en vi \u00e4r en blandning av vegetarianer och k\u00f6tt\u00e4tare.<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r kraftfullt emot id\u00e9n att laga flera olika r\u00e4tter till samma m\u00e5ltid och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r g\u00e4ller det att hitta varianter som alla \u00e4r n\u00f6jda och glada med. Vegetarisk biff eller vegoburgare \u00e4r klockrent. Varma pitabr\u00f6d, skivad avokado, tunt skivad l\u00f6k och gr\u00f6na grejer, sallat, groddar och skott. En klick majonn\u00e4s p\u00e5 det och kanske en sked ajvar relish. Enkelt och s\u00e5 uppskattat av alla, vego eller inte.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>S\u00e4rskilt bra \u00e4r det n\u00e4r vem som helst kan hugga in och fixa middagen. Ett snabbt och inte alltf\u00f6r avancerat recept helt enkelt och det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett av dem. Det funkar att delegera till vilken matlagare som helst.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5h\u00e4r \u00e4r tanken: Det finns en grund med n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 ingredienser som ger biffen struktur och som binder ihop. Till den adderar man en rotfrukt eller en gr\u00f6nsak i en given m\u00e4ngd och voil\u00e0, saken \u00e4r biff.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Vegetarisk biff \u2013 vegoburgare<\/h2>\n<p>8 stycken<\/p>\n<h4>Grundingredienser<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g fetaost, eller halloumi<\/li>\n<li>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 stor vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>3 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>1 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>svartpeppar<\/li>\n<li>salt, men bara lite eftersom osten \u00e4r salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Till\u00e4gg<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>425 g r\u00f6dbeta, eller morot eller halvfryst broccoli<\/li>\n<li>kryddor, exempelvis timjan, chili, rosmarin el. basilika<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Riv osten p\u00e5 rivj\u00e4rnets grova sida. G\u00f6r samma sak med l\u00f6ken, riv den gula grovt och vitl\u00f6ken fint.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg ost och l\u00f6k i en sk\u00e5l tillsammans med havregryn, \u00e4gg och olja. Dra n\u00e5gra varv med pepparkvarnen \u00f6ver sk\u00e5len.<\/li>\n<li>Vill du ha r\u00f6dbetor eller morot s\u00e5 ska de skalas och rivas grovt. Faller valet p\u00e5 broccoli s\u00e5 brukar jag l\u00e4gga den halvtinad i mixern och k\u00f6ra den till grova smulor, inte f\u00f6r mycket.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda din gr\u00f6nsak med \u00f6vriga ingredienser. V\u00e4lj eventuellt en krydda, exempelvis lite chili till mor\u00f6tter, timjan eller rosmarin till r\u00f6dbetor. Kryddvalet kan varieras efter egen smak.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp olja i en stekpanna. Forma biffar och stek p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme till fin f\u00e4rg p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidorna. S\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t den bli riktigt varma rakt genom.<\/li>\n<li>Servera exempelvis i pitabr\u00f6d med skivad avokado, tunt skuren r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, sallat, skott av n\u00e5got slag, lite majonn\u00e4s och en klick ajvar relish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Oftast \u00e4r det inga problem att forma fina biffar som h\u00e5ller ihop, men eftersom v\u00e4tskem\u00e4ngden kan variera lite i gr\u00f6nsakerna s\u00e5 kan man n\u00e5gon enstaka g\u00e5ng beh\u00f6va sikta \u00f6ver och blanda ner 1 matsked maizena som f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkning.<\/p>\n<p>Vegetarisk biff kommer bli ett \u00e5terkommande tema h\u00e4r.
