Det \u00e4r ju den d\u00e4r nya gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nan som dyker upp \u00f6verallt, inte sant? Just precis, men ny? N\u00e4, det \u00e4r ju helt enkelt en f\u00e4rsk sojab\u00f6na. L\u00e5t oss kika n\u00e4rmare. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De \u00e4r vackert och illande knallgr\u00f6na. Smaken \u00e4r n\u00f6tigt \u00e4rtig. De har inte \u00e4rtans s\u00f6tma, men \u00e4r milda och verkligen mycket goda. M\u00e5nga \u00e4ter dem som snacks. Kokta eller rostade med chili och salt.<\/p>\n<p>De finns att k\u00f6pa frysta med eller utan skidan och det \u00e4r ett trivsamt pill f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ut de sm\u00e5 b\u00f6norna. F\u00f6r att inte tala om hur gott det g\u00f6r f\u00f6r v\u00e4lm\u00e5endet j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med chipsdipandet.<\/p>\n<p>En viktig b\u00f6nkunskap \u00e4r att m\u00e5nga sorter \u00e4r l\u00e4tt giftiga om man \u00e4ter dem helt r\u00e5a. De edamameb\u00f6nor som vi kan k\u00f6pa frysta \u00e4r f\u00f6rv\u00e4llda och d\u00e5 \u00e4r det okej att \u00e4ta dem direkt.<\/p>\n<p>Mitt f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till edamameb\u00f6nan \u00e4r inte kopplat till mys och soffh\u00f6rnor. Milt n\u00f6tiga i smaken och alldeles underbara att mixa ihop till en gr\u00f6n r\u00f6ra.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>K\u00e4nner ni till <a href=\"https:\/\/foodpharmacy.se\/\">bloggen Food Pharmacy<\/a>? Tv\u00e5 tjejer som bloggar om mat med fokus p\u00e5 h\u00e4lsa och tarmbakterier. Det l\u00e5ter kanske s\u00e5d\u00e4r, men jag lovar trevlig l\u00e4sning, m\u00e5nga skratt och massor av riktigt bra recept f\u00f6r den som letar sig dit. Allt i en seri\u00f6s f\u00f6rpackning. De vet vad de snackar om.<\/p>\n<p>Det finns ett par b\u00f6cker utgivna i deras namn och dagens recept kommer fr\u00e5n \u201dFood pharmacy, kokboken\u201d. Det serveras d\u00e4r med kommentaren som g\u00f6r att man m\u00e5ste testa: \u201dKan eventuellt vara v\u00e5rt favoritrecept i hela boken.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Inget att fundera \u00f6ver. Bara att g\u00f6ra! Receptet \u00e4r inte exakt som deras men n\u00e4stan.<\/p>\n<h2>Edamame &#8211; en gr\u00f6n r\u00f6ra<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g tinade edamameb\u00f6nor<\/li>\n<li>1 kruka basilika<\/li>\n<li>2 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 liten vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg b\u00f6nor, basilika och olja i en mixer. K\u00f6r till en r\u00f6ra. Riv i vitl\u00f6ken, mixa hastigt i den och smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00c4t p\u00e5 sm\u00e5 rostade br\u00f6dbitar, p\u00e5 fr\u00f6kn\u00e4cke eller varf\u00f6r inte l\u00e4gga en rej\u00e4l klick p\u00e5 en vegetarisk biff eller burgare! <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/vegetarisk-biff-jakten-pa-den-basta\/\">Recept hittar du vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00c4r du en odlare s\u00e5 kan det vara kul att testa att s\u00e5 n\u00e5gra rader sojab\u00f6nor. Det pratas mycket om import och tveksam sojaodling utomlands s\u00e5 varf\u00f6r inte prova h\u00e4rhemma. Det finns fr\u00f6 att k\u00f6pa, ursprungligen utvecklat av ett litet fr\u00f6f\u00f6retag i Fiskeby utanf\u00f6r Norrk\u00f6ping och det borgar ju f\u00f6r att de pallar klimatet.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har en p\u00e5se fr\u00f6 p\u00e5 lut h\u00e4rhemma, men det g\u00e4ller att h\u00e5lla i sig och inte s\u00e5 f\u00f6r tidigt f\u00f6r b\u00f6nor kr\u00e4ver jordv\u00e4rme s\u00e5 de ska inte i jorden f\u00f6rr\u00e4n tidigast i Maj.
