Ogr\u00e4sprim\u00f6rernas tid \u00e4r kommen. Vi frossar i ogr\u00e4spaj och n\u00e4sselsoppa. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r tiden! Visst \u00e4r den n\u00e5got av det allra b\u00e4sta? Hoppets tid. N\u00e4sslans och kirsk\u00e5lens. Matbordets grovhuggna, ot\u00e4mjda g\u00e4stspelare. Ingredienserna som smakar mycket. Lite k\u00e4rvare och gr\u00f6nare. S\u00e4rskilt fram\u00e5t kv\u00e4llen fylls luften av den ljuvaste v\u00e4llukt. God att \u00e4ta \u00e4r den ocks\u00e5. En av mina absoluta favoriter. Varje \u00e5r blir det en utflykt f\u00f6r att plocka och frossa i en knapp vecka. S\u00e5 l\u00e4nge h\u00e5ller bladen sig i kylen och sedan \u00e4r festen \u00f6ver. Jag har inte lyckats hitta ett tillr\u00e4ckligt bra s\u00e4tt att spara dem.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Det \u00e4r nya ogr\u00e4srecept p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng, men i dag serveras favoriter i repris. Min uppmaning \u00e4r: Kasta er ut och plocka. Samla ogr\u00e4s och d-vitamin. Djupandas syre. Lyssna och dofta.
