Nygr\u00e4ddat med goda ostar och gr\u00f6na grejer. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en receptvariant. Originalet kommer fr\u00e5n Alsace och \u00e4r ett sorts pizzaliknande r\u00e4tt. Ofta g\u00f6rs den med l\u00f6k och rimmat fl\u00e4sk, men jag har sett varianter. Det finns bara en sak som \u00e4r viktig. Tomats\u00e5sen g\u00e5r bort. Den ska vara vit. Ingen tomats\u00e5s allts\u00e5. Goda ostar, gr\u00f6nsaker och knaprigt bacon till den som vill.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jag m\u00e5ste ocks\u00e5 dela mitt pizzadegstips. Riktig deg blir fantastiskt gott, men den beh\u00f6ver l\u00e5ng tid och ibland kommer pizzabeg\u00e4ret alldeles f\u00f6r sent f\u00f6r att degen ska hinna bli klar. D\u00e5 g\u00e5r jag ner p\u00e5 h\u00f6rnet till v\u00e5r kvarterspizzeria och k\u00f6per f\u00e4rdiga degklumpar. Kanske kan vara en id\u00e9 f\u00f6r fler?<\/p>\n<p>Jag ska ta tag i den d\u00e4r degbiten i ett senare inl\u00e4gg, men idag blir det k\u00f6pedeg och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Tarte flamb\u00e9e <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g pizzadeg, egen eller f\u00e4rdigk\u00f6pt<\/li>\n<li>150 g appenzellerost<\/li>\n<li>2 knippor sparris<\/li>\n<li>2 sallatshuvuden, little gem<\/li>\n<li>150 g salladsl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 matsked olivolja<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>200 g brieost, g\u00e4rna getbrie<\/li>\n<li>(ev. n\u00e5gra skivor bacon)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 250 grader. S\u00e4tt in en bakpl\u00e5t eller en baksten. Dela degen i fyra bitar. L\u00e4gg degen p\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper innan bitarna kavlas ut tunt. Hyvla h\u00e5rdosten \u00f6ver ytan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Bryt den yttersta tr\u00e4iga \u00e4nden av sparrisen. Dela de sm\u00e5 fasta sallatshuvudena i klyftor och sk\u00e4r l\u00f6ken i mindre bitar. L\u00e4gg det gr\u00f6na i en sk\u00e5l droppa \u00f6ver olja, salta l\u00e4tt och v\u00e4nd runt s\u00e5 att olja kommer \u00e5t \u00f6verallt. F\u00f6rdela \u00f6ver degen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Sk\u00e4r tunna skivor av brieosten och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 dem. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen cirka 10 minuter. Bottnen ska vara klar, osten sm\u00e4lt och gr\u00f6nsakerna vackert brynta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Vill du n\u00e4rma dig originalet s\u00e5 stek lite bacon i skivor eller t\u00e4rningar och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 toppen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mackan \u00e4r ett v\u00e4rdigt alternativ p\u00e5 temat mat p\u00e5 br\u00f6d och vill du kika p\u00e5 ett par varianter s\u00e5 har jag tv\u00e5 olika f\u00f6rslag.
