Pl\u00f6tsligt \u00e4r det finhelg igen och mina matplaner \u00e4r inte synkade. Festen har liksom f\u00f6rsvunnit i mycket av annat. Men vad\u00e5, vi hinner ikapp allihop! Det blir en rabarberdessert, lika god och vacker som snabb. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gott och s\u00f6tt p\u00e5 f\u00f6rsommaren landar ofta i rabarber. S\u00e5 nu g\u00e5r jag d\u00e4r igen p\u00e5 lotten och bryter st\u00e5tliga stj\u00e4lkar till rabarberdessert. Desserter till fest vill jag f\u00f6rbereda s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt det g\u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Vi sitter l\u00e4nge vid bordet och jag har ingen lust att st\u00e5 och greja f\u00f6r mycket i k\u00f6ket. Avslutningen ska vara s\u00e5 gott som klar.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r en r\u00e4tt d\u00e4r tv\u00e5 av tre delar kan vara f\u00e4rdiga i god tid. Flera timmar i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g. Den tredje klarar en timma eller ett par i kylen. Annars \u00e4r det snabbt gjort strax innan servering. Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Rabarberdessert till f\u00f6rsommarfest<\/h2>\n<h4>Ugnsbakad rabarber<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>350 g rabarberstj\u00e4lkar<\/li>\n<li>1 dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>1 dl socker<\/li>\n<li>saften fr\u00e5n \u00bd citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mandelcrunch<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>30 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl socker<\/li>\n<li>1 dl hel mandel<\/li>\n<li>1 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Cr\u00e9me Chantilly<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 vaniljst\u00e5ng<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl florsocker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Ansa rabarberna och skala grova stj\u00e4lkar. Hittar du sp\u00e4da rabarber s\u00e5 \u00e4r de att f\u00f6redra till den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten. Sk\u00e4r i munsstora bitar och l\u00e4gg i en ugnsform.<\/li>\n<li>Koka sockerlag p\u00e5 vatten, socker och citron. H\u00e4ll den heta lagen \u00f6ver rabarberna. Varf\u00f6r koka upp en lag? F\u00f6r att rabarbern beh\u00e5ller f\u00e4rgen mycket b\u00e4ttre om lagen h\u00e4lls p\u00e5 het. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen.<\/li>\n<li>Stj\u00e4lkarna ska bli mjuka, men inte mosiga. Provstick i dem efter 5 minuter. Ta ut n\u00e4r du \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med konsistensen och l\u00e5t svalna. Kan g\u00f6ras i god tid och f\u00f6rvaras i kyl.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r och socker i en stekpanna. Sk\u00e4r mandlarna i bitar. Jag halverade dem f\u00f6r att beh\u00e5lla struktur, men de kan grovhackas.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg mandlarna i pannan tillsammans med havregrynen. Stek varsamt till fin f\u00e4rg. H\u00e4ll upp och l\u00e5t svalna. Det kommer att stelna och bli som en kn\u00e4ckig kaka som du sedan krossar i bitar f\u00f6re servering. G\u00f6r i god tid och f\u00f6rvara i rumstemperatur.<\/li>\n<li>Sista delen i den h\u00e4r trestegsraketen \u00e4r Cr\u00e9me Chantilly. L\u00e5ter sv\u00e5rt, \u00e4r superenkelt. Sk\u00e5ra vaniljst\u00e5ngen och skrapa ur fr\u00f6na. Vispa dem tillsammans med iskall gr\u00e4dde och florsocker. Voila sommarens enklaste vaniljvisp.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4r det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r efterr\u00e4tt l\u00e4gger du upp sk\u00e5lar med rabarber, mandelcrunch och Chantilly. L\u00e4tt som en pl\u00e4tt!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Varje del kan dessutom plockas ut och anv\u00e4ndas till annat. Cr\u00e9me Chantilly passar till allt m\u00f6jligt.
