Midsommarafton \u00e4r det definitiva startskottet. Nu \u00e4r sommaren h\u00e4r! Vi dukar upp till buff\u00e9. Sill, lax, fina sm\u00e5 kalvf\u00e4rsbiffar, potatissallad och vackert r\u00f6dbetspicklade \u00e4gg. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c4gg \u00e4r perfekt p\u00e5 buff\u00e9bordet. Gillas av m\u00e5nga och kan g\u00f6ras superenkelt. H\u00e5rdkoka och st\u00e4ll fram r\u00e4cker l\u00e5ngt, men jag jobbar p\u00e5 lite extra. Jag vill l\u00e4gga ett litet smaksting till \u00e4ggen och dessutom addera spektakul\u00e4r f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p>Smakbilden k\u00e4nner vi igen. Det bygger p\u00e5 samma grundlag som vi anv\u00e4nder till sill och annat. En enkel 1-2-3- lag, det vill s\u00e4ga: en del \u00e4ttika, tv\u00e5 delar socker och tre delar vatten. Inga konstigheter det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en kombination som st\u00e5tt p\u00e5 svenska festbord sedan l\u00e5ng tid tillbaka.<\/p>\n<p>Jag l\u00e4gger i en skivad r\u00f6dbeta, mest f\u00f6r att s\u00e4tta f\u00e4rg. Smaken kommer inte m\u00e4rkas. Det g\u00f6r d\u00e4remot l\u00f6ken som skivas i. Dessutom \u00e4r det en garanterad ing\u00e5ng i ett sp\u00e4nnande samtal om mat.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jag halverar \u00e4ggen och serverar dem med en klick majonn\u00e4s, finhackad gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k och lite kryddblommor fr\u00e5n l\u00f6k, timjan och salvia. En p\u00e4rla p\u00e5 buff\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>Majonn\u00e4s g\u00f6r den som vill alldeles sj\u00e4lv och med en stavmixer tar det runt 15 sekunder. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/majonnas\/\">Receptet hittar du vid inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r<\/a>. \u00c4ggen \u00e4r urenkla att g\u00f6ra, men beh\u00f6ver lite tid f\u00f6r att dra i lagen. Jag l\u00e4t dem ligga 12 timmar. Inget att v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 allts\u00e5, bara att s\u00e4tta ig\u00e5ng och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00f6dbetspicklade \u00e4gg<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>8 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>1 dl \u00e4ttika<\/li>\n<li>2 dl socker<\/li>\n<li>3 dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>1 f\u00e4rsk r\u00f6dbeta<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d l\u00f6k, eller ett par sm\u00e5 knippl\u00f6kar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>H\u00e5rdkoka \u00e4ggen och st\u00e4ll att svalna.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda \u00e4ttika, socker och vatten i en kastrull. Skala r\u00f6dbetan och skiva den tunt. Skala och skiva l\u00f6ken.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg r\u00f6dbeta och l\u00f6k i kastrullen och koka upp. L\u00e5t koka ett par minuter innan du st\u00e4ller \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 att lagen svalnar n\u00e5got.<\/li>\n<li>Skala \u00e4ggen och l\u00e4gg dem i en burk. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver lagen som ska t\u00e4cka \u00e4ggen. Jag brukar ta bort r\u00f6dbetsskivorna men beh\u00e5lla l\u00f6ken i. F\u00e5r r\u00f6dbetorna ligga kvar tycker jag att f\u00e4rgen blir f\u00f6r stark.<\/li>\n<li>St\u00e4ll i kyl. \u00c4ggen \u00e4r klara att \u00e4tas efter 12 timmar, men de klarar sig i lagen upp till en vecka s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge lagen t\u00e4cker. \u00c4ggen kommer att f\u00e4rgas mer och mer f\u00f6r varje dag.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en perfekt r\u00e4tt f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga av dem som valt bort k\u00f6tt och fisk. Vegetariskt nja, men m\u00e5nga vegetarianer beh\u00e5ller b\u00e5de \u00e4gg och mejeriprodukter i sin mat. Allt gott!
