Och h\u00e4r kommer desserten:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Jordgubbsdessert<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Mandelcrunch<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl socker<\/li>\n<li>1 dl hel mandel<\/li>\n<li>1 dl havregryn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cr\u00e8me chantilly<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 vaniljst\u00e5ng<\/li>\n<li>4 dl riktigt kall gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl florsocker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Till servering<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd l jordgubbar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r och socker i en stekpanna. Sk\u00e4r mandlarna i bitar. Jag halverade dem f\u00f6r att beh\u00e5lla struktur, men de kan grovhackas.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg dem i pannan tillsammans med havregrynen. Stek varsamt till fin f\u00e4rg. H\u00e4ll upp och l\u00e5t svalna. Det kommer att stelna och bli som en kn\u00e4ckig kaka som du sedan krossar i bitar f\u00f6re servering. Crunchet kan g\u00f6ras i god tid och f\u00f6rvaras i rumstemperatur.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e5ra vaniljst\u00e5ngen och skrapaur fr\u00f6na med en sked. H\u00e4ll upp gr\u00e4dden i en kall sk\u00e5l. L\u00e4gg i vaniljfr\u00f6na och florsockret. Vispa till fint fluff.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r jordgubbarna som du vill ha dem, i halvor eller skivor.
