Silkeslen, smakrik och en sk\u00f6nhet p\u00e5 bordet. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den som nu skakar p\u00e5 huvudet i tvivel har fel. Det \u00e4r verkligen \u00e5rets sk\u00f6rd av egna r\u00f6dbetor p\u00e5 bilden i galleriet nedan och hemligheten \u00e4r att f\u00f6rgro dem. Jag startade tidigt i v\u00e4xthuset och fyller hela tiden p\u00e5 med nya fr\u00f6s\u00e5dder i stora br\u00e4tten.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r de vuxit till sig n\u00e5got planterar jag ut dem med lagom avst\u00e5nd och sedan dr\u00f6jer det inte l\u00e4nge innan det \u00e4r dags att sk\u00f6rda.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r, precis som p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga st\u00e4llen r\u00e5der bevattningsf\u00f6rbud. R\u00f6dbetshummus \u00e4r den perfekta r\u00f6ran att bre p\u00e5 en bit rostat eller grillat br\u00f6d, att dippa gr\u00f6nsaker i, eller att servera som del i en enkel vegetarisk middag med rostad f\u00e4rskpotatis, fetaost och n\u00e5gon sorts sallad. Resultatet \u00e4r lysande gott och galet snyggt!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Min id\u00e9 om en hummus \u00e4r att den ska vara helt sl\u00e4t. Ofta tycker jag att det \u00e4r gott med lite gr\u00f6vre r\u00f6ror, men den h\u00e4r ska vara silkeslen. En bra stavmixer eller en matberedare g\u00f6r jobbet snabbt.<\/p>\n<p>Receptet \u00e4r till en stor sats som r\u00e4cker till minst 6 personer. Det g\u00e5r fint att halvera eller att ha p\u00e5 lut i kylen som snabbmat i flera dagar. Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00f6dbetshummus<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 f\u00f6rpackningar kokta kik\u00e4rtor<\/li>\n<li>2 kokta r\u00f6dbetor<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl olivolja (eller lite mer)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0saften fr\u00e5n \u00bd citron<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Till servering<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd dl blandade fr\u00f6n t.ex. pumpa- och solrosfr\u00f6<\/li>\n<li>finskuren sallads- eller gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Sk\u00f6lj av kik\u00e4rtorna. Skala de kokta r\u00f6dbetorna och l\u00e4gg dem tillsammans med kik\u00e4rtorna i en matberedare.<\/li>\n<li>Dela vitl\u00f6ksklyftan ett par g\u00e5nger och l\u00e4gg i den tillsammans med olja, pressad citron och salt.<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f6r beredaren till du har en sl\u00e4t hummus. Kanske beh\u00f6vs lite mer olja eller en skv\u00e4tt vatten f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 r\u00e4tta konsistensen. Smaka av och l\u00e4gg eventuellt till lite mer citron eller salt.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg upp i en sk\u00e5l och skeda \u00f6ver lite olja.
