Lite torrt och sm\u00e5trist. Eller kanell\u00e4ngden som vi skar giriga bitar av i f\u00f6rrg\u00e5r. Idag \u00e4r den inte lika upphetsande, men den kan bli. Vi satsar p\u00e5 riddare, fattiga och rika. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tidig morgon, plinget i d\u00f6rren n\u00e4r jag kliver in p\u00e5 bageriet och doften. Nybakat, fortfarande varmt. De frukostarna \u00e4r n\u00e5got s\u00e4rskilt, men sedan g\u00e5r det fort utf\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>Br\u00f6det tappar charmen och efter ett par dagar \u00e4r det inte alls samma sak, men det finns faktiskt en hel del saker att g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att ge det liv igen. Gammalt- br\u00f6d-akuten presenterar h\u00e4r riddartricket. Barnens favorit! Det som f\u00e5r en att k\u00e4nna lyckan \u00f6ver en gammal torr br\u00f6dbit. Nu n\u00e4r du vet vad den kan bli.<\/p>\n<p>Det hela g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 att skiva br\u00f6det och doppa det i en enkel pannkakssmet f\u00f6r att sedan steka det frasigt och gyllenbrynt. Genialt enkelt och f\u00f6rv\u00e5nansv\u00e4rt gott. Metoden \u00e4r absolut inte ny, men kanske lite bortgl\u00f6md. Doftande varmt. Efter en ljuvlig frukost blir det liggande ett par dagar. V\u00e4nd de frasiga och alldeles nystekta riddarna i socker och kanel. \u00c4t direkt eventuellt med f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r. Oslagbart sommargott!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Fattiga riddare g\u00f6rs p\u00e5 vitt matbr\u00f6d. Man kan t\u00e4nka sig olika tjusiga s\u00e4tt att servera det p\u00e5, men h\u00e4r \u00e4r enklast b\u00e4st. Allra godast \u00e4r de precis nystekta. Ta skivorna direkt ur pannan och v\u00e4nd dem i en blandning av socker och kanel. \u00c4t direkt! Sylt? Visst om man vill, och kanske en klick gr\u00e4dde, men jag gillar b\u00e4st fraset av nystekt och den lite sm\u00f6riga smaken ihop med kanelsockret.<\/p>\n<p>Fattiga eller rika d\u00e5? Vad \u00e4r skillnaden? Fattiga g\u00f6rs p\u00e5 os\u00f6tat vitt matbr\u00f6d och de rika p\u00e5 s\u00f6tt vetebr\u00f6d, annars \u00e4r principen densamma.<\/p>\n<h2>Fattiga eller rika riddare<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 -6 skivor av halvtorrt vitt matbr\u00f6d eller skivor av n\u00e5gra dagar gammalt vetebr\u00f6d typ kanell\u00e4ngd<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>en aning salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Till servering<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 msk socker<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk malen kanel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Vispa ihop \u00e4gg, mj\u00f6lk, mj\u00f6l och salt. Hetta upp en stekpanna med lite rapsolja och en klick sm\u00f6r.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4nd br\u00f6dskivorna i smeten och l\u00e4gg i pannan. H\u00e5ll koll p\u00e5 v\u00e4rmen, det f\u00e5r inte bli f\u00f6r varmt. V\u00e4nd n\u00e4r de f\u00e5tt riktigt fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda socker och kanel och h\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 ett fat. V\u00e4nd det heta, gyllenbrynta br\u00f6det i sockerblandningen. Ta en tugga!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>V\u00e4rldens enklaste fikabr\u00f6d och det perfekta s\u00e4ttet att \u00e5teranv\u00e4nda gammalt br\u00f6d.
