V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ni k\u00e4nner v\u00e4l till Julia Child? \u00a0Om inte s\u00e5 har ni en skatt att \u00f6ppna. Hon var en underbar personlighet med en sp\u00e4nnande historia. Amerikanskan som gifte sig i Paris och b\u00f6rjade intressera sig f\u00f6r fransk kokkonst som hon sedan flitigt delade med sig av p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga olika s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>Vill ni se en snutt TV- och mathistoria s\u00e5 kika p\u00e5 youtube efter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=M9AITdJBTnQ\">Julia Child och \u201dThe frech chef\u201d<\/a>. Och naturligtvis \u00e4nnu viktigare \u00e4r att l\u00e4sa hennes v\u00e4rldsk\u00e4nda bok, tegelstenen: \u201dDet goda franska k\u00f6ket\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Meryl Streep spelade rollen som Julia i filmen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ozRK7VXQl-k\">Julia&amp; Julia<\/a> som kom f\u00f6r ett antal \u00e5r sedan. Kul syssels\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r matn\u00f6rdar en regnig eftermiddag.<\/p>\n<p>Men nu \u00e4r det k\u00f6rsb\u00e4r vi ska \u00e4gna oss \u00e5t. Receptet \u00e4r presenterat av Julia och d\u00e4rmed \u00e4r det autentiskt franskt. Hon \u00e4ndrade ingenting utan h\u00f6ll sig till originalen. M\u00e5ste testas!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Inga stora saker, men \u00e4nd\u00e5. Jag minskar p\u00e5 sockret och l\u00e4gger till en n\u00e4ve mandlar. Dessutom gr\u00e4ddar jag den inte lika l\u00e4nge som Julia. I stort sett \u00e4r den trots allt lika.<\/p>\n<h2>Clafoutis \u2013 fransk k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rspannkaka<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>7 dl urk\u00e4rnade, helst svarta, bigar\u00e5er<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>3 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bc dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl socker (Julia s\u00e4ger \u00be dl)<\/li>\n<li>2 krm \u00e4kta vaniljpulver<\/li>\n<li>en nypa salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl hel mandel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Till servering<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>florsocker<\/li>\n<li>vispad gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Blanda \u00e4gg, mj\u00f6lk, vetemj\u00f6l, socker, vaniljpulver och salt till en klumpfri pannkakssmet.<\/li>\n<li>Halvera mandlarna p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00f6ra en ugnsfast form och h\u00e4ll i smeten. F\u00f6rdela k\u00f6rsb\u00e4r och mandel \u00f6ver ytan.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda 35 &#8211; 40 minuter. Smeten ska puffa upp och f\u00e5 fin f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut och dutta florsocker \u00f6ver. Anv\u00e4nd en finmaskig sil s\u00e5 blir det ett fint luftigt florsockerfall \u00f6ver pannkakan.
