Vilken f\u00f6rvandling till en absolut doft- och smaksensation. Nu blir det vispat brynt sm\u00f6r! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r kommer ett inl\u00e4gg om n\u00e5got synnerligen underbart och vansinnigt enkelt. Det blir vispat brynt sm\u00f6r att testa till exempel till:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rostat kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d. Just det rostat. B\u00e5de br\u00f6det och sm\u00f6ret har utvecklats i smak och tillsammans\u2026gudomligt!<\/li>\n<li>Eller till annat br\u00f6d. Allra helst alldeles nybakat. Och g\u00e4rna med n\u00e5got gr\u00f6nt p\u00e5 toppen. \u00a0Finhackad dill, eller riktigt fint skuren gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k.<\/li>\n<li>Brynt vispat sm\u00f6r till nykokta gr\u00f6nsaker \u00e4r ett av mina b\u00e4sta sommartips. Potatis, mor\u00f6tter, knippl\u00f6k och r\u00f6dbetor. Magiskt!<\/li>\n<li>En klick av sm\u00f6ret p\u00e5 en nygrillad bit riktigt bra k\u00f6tt. Allts\u00e5 vem vill ha n\u00e5got annat?<\/li>\n<li>Och till fisk. Till kokt. Till grillad. Till stekt. Fantastiskt!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alla de h\u00e4r varianterna kan f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkas med godsaker som finskuren gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k, dill, f\u00e4rskriven pepparrot eller aningen riven vitl\u00f6k. Det ska vara varmt och du ska vara beredd att vispa rej\u00e4lt hela tiden i kastrullen s\u00e5 att proteiner och socker som finns i sm\u00f6ret inte hamnar p\u00e5 botten och br\u00e4nns. Brynt \u00e4r inte br\u00e4nt! Br\u00e4nt \u00e4r bittert och det vill vi inte ha.<\/li>\n<li>Under tiden som du vispar s\u00e5 f\u00f6rsvinner det vatten som finns i sm\u00f6ret. V\u00e4rmen stiger och det bryntas magi verkar. M\u00e4ngder av doft- och smak\u00e4mnen bildas. Dofterna som stiger har en l\u00e4tt kola- eller n\u00f6tton.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e4rgen m\u00f6rknar och blir f\u00f6rst gyllengul sedan aningen m\u00f6rkare, men hela tiden med gyllen som f\u00f6rnamn. Och ungef\u00e4r h\u00e4r ska sm\u00f6ret bort fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och genast h\u00e4llas \u00f6ver i ett annat k\u00e4rl. Ingen mer v\u00e4rme nu f\u00f6r d\u00e5 br\u00e4nns det.<\/li>\n<li>I det h\u00e4r l\u00e4get kan man stanna och genast servera sm\u00f6ret h\u00e4llt \u00f6ver gr\u00f6nsaker eller en bit fisk, men man kan ta det ett steg till.<\/li>\n<li>St\u00e4ll sm\u00f6ret kallt och l\u00e5t det stelna. N\u00e4r det stelnat tar du det fr\u00e5n kylan och vispar upp det med en elvisp. Det ska bli fluffigt och n\u00e4stan vitt. Och nu \u00e4r vi framme. H\u00e4r har du den gyllne smakf\u00f6rb\u00e4ttraren brynt vispat sm\u00f6r.
