Vi hittar p\u00e5 tusen s\u00e4tt att \u00e4ta squash och idag blir det squashpizza. En verklig fulltr\u00e4ff! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag tjatar om squashens v\u00e4xtkraft, men det \u00e4r ett under. Jag ger mig katten p\u00e5 att man med en stunds mindfullt fokus skulle kunna se hur det v\u00e4xer. Och det \u00e4r mat. Mat som visserligen g\u00e5r att spara, men som trots allt \u00e4r b\u00e4st f\u00e4rsk. Om n\u00e5gon fr\u00e5gar mig.<\/p>\n<p>Det blir till att engagera fantasin och v\u00e4nskapskretsen f\u00f6r att hitta varianter. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en id\u00e9 fr\u00e5n USA. Lite annorlunda utan att vara konstig eller kr\u00e5nglig och verkligen fantastiskt god. Mixa vitt br\u00f6d tillsammans med en passande \u00f6rt, exempelvis persilja, och lite vitl\u00f6k. Anv\u00e4nd som kryddigt str\u00f6 direkt eller g\u00f6r som h\u00e4r str\u00f6ssla \u00f6ver och s\u00e4tt in i ugnen. Blir som ett smakrikt knaster p\u00e5 toppen. Gott!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Det ska till en bra deg och den som har tid g\u00f6r egen. Jag har en plan att g\u00f6ra en kanondeg f\u00f6r att sedan frysa in lagom stora deg\u00e4mnen till framtida pizzabak, men inte idag. Jag springer ist\u00e4llet ner p\u00e5 h\u00f6rnet och h\u00e4mtar ett deg\u00e4mne i kvarterets pizzeria. Ett tips till den som bor n\u00e4ra en pizzabagare, men \u00e4nd\u00e5 vill g\u00f6ra egen.<\/p>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r pizzan g\u00f6rs p\u00e5 grovriven squash. Vi vill bli av med v\u00e4tska och b\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet \u00e4r att blanda rivet med salt och sedan l\u00e4gga alltihop i en sil f\u00f6r att rinna av. L\u00e5t det st\u00e5 minst en halvtimma f\u00f6r att sedan krama ur s\u00e5 mycket v\u00e4tska som m\u00f6jligt.<\/p>\n<p>God ost ska vi ha och ett \u00f6rtsmul p\u00e5 toppen f\u00f6r smak och lite knastrig k\u00e4nsla. Det h\u00e4r \u00f6rtiga br\u00f6dsmulet kan anv\u00e4ndas till mycket och vill du veta mer s\u00e5 kan du <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/illande-gront-ortigt-brodsmul-till-mycket\/\">kika p\u00e5 inl\u00e4gget vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Inget att v\u00e4nta p\u00e5, till verket:<\/p>\n<h2>Squashpizza<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g f\u00e4rdig pizzadeg<\/li>\n<li>500 g squash<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>75 g ost, jag anv\u00e4nde en italiensk taleggio som \u00e4r en kittost. Svenska varianter \u00e4r ovanligt, men har du ett ostmejeri i n\u00e4rheten s\u00e5 kan det finnas. Ett alternativ \u00e4r att riva smakrik, svensk h\u00e5rdost som str\u00f6s \u00f6ver squashen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u00d6rtsmul<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 skiva vitt br\u00f6d<\/li>\n<li>2 kvistar persilja<\/li>\n<li>1 liten vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Riv squashen grovt. Blanda med salt och l\u00e4gg \u00f6ver i en sil. St\u00e4ll s\u00e5 att v\u00e4tskan kan droppa av. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 30 minuter. Krama ur s\u00e5 mycket v\u00e4tska du kan.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 250 grader och s\u00e4tt in en pl\u00e5t f\u00f6r att den ska bli varm.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa br\u00f6dskivan med persilja och vitl\u00f6k. K\u00f6r till smulor.<\/li>\n<li>Kavla ut degen eller vrid och dra ut den p\u00e5 pizzabagarvis. L\u00e4gg degen p\u00e5 ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper. F\u00f6rdela squashrivet \u00f6ver ytan, men l\u00e4mna en liten kant fri. Dela osten i bitar och l\u00e4gg ut dem j\u00e4mnt \u00f6ver squashen.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver smulet och skjutsa in pizzan p\u00e5 den heta pl\u00e5ten. Enkelt om du har den p\u00e5 en pizzaspade eller en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da. Gr\u00e4dda cirka 12 minuter. Det kan skilja mellan olika ugnar, men ha koll p\u00e5 f\u00e4rgen som ska vara l\u00e4ckert gyllengr\u00e4ddad.
