V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag som inget p\u00e4rontr\u00e4d har blir alldeles till mig n\u00e4r jag hittar ett \u00f6vergivet p\u00e5 en plats som s\u00e4kert varit n\u00e5gons tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd.<\/p>\n<p>Den d\u00e4r k\u00e4nslan \u00e4r speciell: delar av en gammal husgrund, n\u00e5gra f\u00f6rvuxna perenner och bortgl\u00f6mda frukttr\u00e4d. Vem hade sitt hem h\u00e4r? N\u00e4r? Och varf\u00f6r f\u00f6ll det i gl\u00f6mska?<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e4rontr\u00e4det dignar under all frukt. P\u00e4ronen \u00e4r r\u00e4tt sm\u00e5 och lite fl\u00e4ckiga i skalet, men \u00e5h s\u00e5 goda. Saften \u00e4r en ypperlig smaks\u00e4ttare och ett suver\u00e4nt s\u00e4llskap till p\u00e4ron.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Hemma igen vet jag inte riktigt vad jag ska g\u00f6ra, men s\u00e5 st\u00e5r jag till slut med tv\u00e5, eller m\u00f6jligen tre id\u00e9er. Den f\u00f6rsta kommer h\u00e4r: Kombinationen p\u00e4ron \u2013 fl\u00e4derblomssaft.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har r\u00e4tt mycket fl\u00e4dersaft kvar i frysen och nu k\u00e4nns klirrande isbitar i immiga saftglas inte aktuellt. Ist\u00e4llet anv\u00e4nder jag lite av saften f\u00f6r att koka, eller ugnsbaka p\u00e4ronen i. Jag sl\u00e5r p\u00e5 stort och adderar \u00e4nnu en smak, vanilj. Perfekt!<\/p>\n<p>Saften blir lite sirapssimmig i ugnen, p\u00e4ronen mjuknar och smaken \u00e4r fenomenal. Enkelt och snabbt \u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u00e4rondessert med fl\u00e4derdoft<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 \u2013 6 p\u00e4ron<\/li>\n<li>2 dl koncentrerad fl\u00e4derblomssaft<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>1 vaniljst\u00e5ng<\/li>\n<li>ett par skivor citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Till servering<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>vispad gr\u00e4dde eller vaniljglass<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Skala p\u00e4ronen, halvera dem och gr\u00f6p ur k\u00e4rnhuset. \u00c4r p\u00e4ronen mjuka funkar en liten sked bra annars \u00e4r en liten kniv b\u00e4ttre.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg p\u00e4ronen i en ugnsfast form. Sk\u00e4r upp vaniljst\u00e5ngen och l\u00e4gg den i formen. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 saft och vatten. L\u00e4gg i citronskivorna och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen.<\/li>\n<li>Efter 10 minuter kan p\u00e4ronen v\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att saften ska komma \u00e5t \u00f6verallt. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 ytterligare n\u00e5gra minuter innan du sticker i frukten f\u00f6r att se om den mjuknat.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut n\u00e4r p\u00e4ronen \u00e4r mjuka, men inte mosiga och servera varma eller kalla med vispad gr\u00e4dde eller glass.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Av p\u00e4ronsk\u00f6rden finns massor kvar och ni f\u00e5r h\u00e4nga med p\u00e5 ytterligare en av mina p\u00e4ronid\u00e9er h\u00e4r p\u00e5 bloggen alldeles snart.
