Jag r\u00f6r i grytan och framf\u00f6r mina \u00f6gon f\u00e4rgas \u00e5rets \u00e4ppelmos vackert rosa. Sk\u00f6nheten sitter i skalet jag inte brydde mig om att ta bort. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De d\u00e4r \u00e4pplena \u00e4r f\u00f6rf\u00f6riskt vackra och doften magisk. Tr\u00e4det st\u00e5r p\u00e5 en kolonilott n\u00e4ra min. Bra folk att ha som grannar, men \u00e4pplen har de ingen k\u00e4nsla f\u00f6r. Det ligger drivor under tr\u00e4det och jag kan inte l\u00e5ta bli utan blir en syndigt flitig pallare.<\/p>\n<p>Ingen finns att fr\u00e5ga om lov och jag kan verkligen inte bara titta p\u00e5 n\u00e4r frukten f\u00f6rfaller. F\u00f6rl\u00e5t, men hundratals ligger fortfarande kvar och jag lovar att erk\u00e4nna och dela moset n\u00e4r vi ses n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n<p>Sorten kan m\u00f6jligen vara Mio. F\u00e4rgen \u00e4r r\u00f6drosa och n\u00e4r \u00e4pplet sk\u00e4rs itu visar sig strimmor av rosa i fruktk\u00f6ttet. S\u00e5 fint! Dessutom det allra enklaste s\u00e4ttet att koka \u00e4ppelmos. Inget skala och k\u00e4rna ur, bara koka.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r en \u00e4ppel\u00e4tare av stora m\u00e5tt. Eller \u00e4ppeldrickare f\u00f6r det \u00e4r en av ingredienserna som jag dagligen stoppar i min lunch-smoothie. Det brukar bli en blandning av frukt, b\u00e4r och gr\u00f6nsaker. Vill du veta mer s\u00e5 finns ett recept p\u00e5 en variant med bland annat r\u00f6dbetor och \u00e4pple <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/rodbetsjuice-med-gurkmeja-och-ingefara\/\">vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>. En annan med \u00e4pple, gr\u00f6nk\u00e5l och avokado <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/gron-smoothie-ger-viruset-pa-moppe\/\">hittar du h\u00e4r<\/a>. Lite hardcore b\u00e5da tv\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Varje h\u00f6st fyller jag upp ett f\u00f6rr\u00e5d med \u00e4pplen som jag helt enkelt skurit i kvartar och styckfryst. Enkelt att plocka fram och stoppa i blendern direkt. F\u00f6rutom det s\u00e5 kokar jag en mindre sats \u00e4ppelmos med vaniljdoft. Och i \u00e5r blev det vackert rosa helt enkelt f\u00f6r att jag valde den allra enklaste v\u00e4gen utan att skala och k\u00e4rna ur. Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c4ppelmos \u2013 rosa vaniljdoftande<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 kg \u00e4pplen, g\u00e4rna av sorten Mio<\/li>\n<li>2 dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>1 citron<\/li>\n<li>10 dl str\u00f6socker<\/li>\n<li>2 vaniljst\u00e4nger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(Du kommer ocks\u00e5 att beh\u00f6va en passervagga eller en matberedare med passertillsats.)<\/p>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r \u00e4pplena i kvartar. Jag varken skalar eller k\u00e4rnar ur. L\u00e4gg i en gryta, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vattnet och pressa ner saften fr\u00e5n citronen.<\/li>\n<li>Koka upp och l\u00e5t sm\u00e5puttra tills \u00e4pplena \u00e4r n\u00e4stan mjuka. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 socker och sk\u00e4r en sk\u00e5ra i vaniljst\u00e4ngerna innan du l\u00e4gger ner dem i moset. Puttra ytterligare ungef\u00e4r fem minuter. R\u00f6r om ibland.<\/li>\n<li>Passera med hj\u00e4lp av en passervagga eller i matberedare. H\u00e4ll genast upp moset i burkar som diskats och steriliserats i ugnen 10 minuter p\u00e5 110 grader. St\u00e4ng locket och v\u00e4nd burkarna upp och ner s\u00e5 att det heta moset garanterar att inga ov\u00e4lkomna mikrober f\u00e5 en enda chans.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Det \u00e4r skalet hos sorten Mio som ger den fina f\u00e4rgen. Har aldrig provat med andra r\u00f6da \u00e4pplen utan alltid sn\u00e4llt skalat frukten, men varf\u00f6r? Just h\u00e4r k\u00e4nner jag att den enklaste v\u00e4gen l\u00f6nar sig. Allt gott!
