Obegripligt, men nu ska den fram i ljuset. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag fattar ingenting. Hur kan en s\u00e5 m\u00e5ngsidig gr\u00f6da vara s\u00e5 ok\u00e4nd? Bara det hur de ser ut. Olika i f\u00e4rg och form med ett gemensamt, de \u00e4r ursnygga.<\/p>\n<p>Under lagringstiden som kan vara i m\u00e5nader agerar de inredning med den \u00e4ran. Och inte beh\u00f6ver man sticka in n\u00e4san i jordk\u00e4llaren f\u00f6r att njuta av prakten. De h\u00e5ller fint och mognar i smak i ordin\u00e4r rumstemperatur. Allts\u00e5 \u00e4r de en av de allra enklaste gr\u00f6nsakerna att lagra.<\/p>\n<p>Men vad \u00e4r v\u00e4l sk\u00f6nhet och lagringsduglighet om smaken fattas? Ingenting att bekymra sig f\u00f6r eftersom pumpa \u00e4r s\u00e5 gott. Jag vet att den f\u00f6rtalas, men kan det bero mer p\u00e5 matlagaren \u00e4n p\u00e5 r\u00e5varan?<\/p>\n<p>Kanske kr\u00e5nglas det f\u00f6r mycket. Eller f\u00f6r lite. H\u00e4r har ni mina enkla tips och n\u00e5gra recept att testa.<\/p>\n<p>Jag s\u00e4ger sm\u00f6r! Eller olivolja. Salt eller \u00e4nnu hellre ost. Bra ost med smak av lagring passar pumpa. Med de enkla ingredienserna fixar ni snabbt n\u00e5gra av mina favoritr\u00e4tter i pumpagenren. Knappt n\u00e5gon matlagning alls, men garanterat gott. Jag samlar in en efter en och k\u00e4nner mig ofantligt rik. S\u00e5 vackra, s\u00e5 goda och s\u00e5 l\u00e4ttlagat. Jag f\u00f6rvarar dem i rumstemperatur och de h\u00e5ller i m\u00e5nader. Verkligen en allt-i-ett-gr\u00f6nsak.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Den som vill st\u00e5 l\u00e4nge vid spisen kan v\u00e4nda sig till Indien eller Thailand f\u00f6r recepttips. D\u00e5 visar det sig strax att pumpan ocks\u00e5 har en trogen vapendragare i kokos. V\u00e4rt en koll, men h\u00e4r och nu bjuder vi det allra enklaste. Vi g\u00f6r ett mos.<\/p>\n<h4>Pumpamos<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 matpumpa runt 700 g<\/li>\n<li>1 rej\u00e4l sm\u00f6rklick<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>peppar<\/li>\n<li>ett litet \u00f6rthack, persilja, rosmarin eller timjan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Halvera pumpan och gr\u00f6p ur fr\u00f6na med en sked. Skala den med en kniv. Var r\u00e4dd om fingrarna. Dela i bitar och koka i l\u00e4ttsaltat vatten.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4r pumpan \u00e4r mjuk h\u00e4ller du av vattnet och l\u00e4gger tillbaka pumpan i kastrullen. L\u00e4gg i en klick sm\u00f6r. Var gener\u00f6s. Mixa med stavmixer till ett sl\u00e4tt mos. Mixerstav g\u00e5r bra eftersom pumpa inte inneh\u00e5ller st\u00e4rkelse som g\u00f6r moset klistrigt.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av med salt och peppar. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite \u00f6rthack och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en sm\u00f6rklick som f\u00e5r sm\u00e4lta \u00f6ver moset. Servera direkt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sorterna jag odlar kommer ur gruppen curcurbita maxima jag har den kraftfullt orangea Uchiki Kuri och den m\u00f6rkt gr\u00f6na Green Hokkaido som har en gulare f\u00e4rg p\u00e5 fruktk\u00f6ttet. B\u00e5da lagom i storlek p\u00e5 mellan ett halvt och ett kg.
