S\u00e5 sent och sk\u00f6rda snabbt \u00e4r inte den vanligaste k\u00e5lbeskrivningen. Men s\u00e5dan \u00e4r den och t\u00e4nk vilken lycka att plocka spr\u00f6da gr\u00f6na blad i mitten av oktober. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mina f\u00f6rdomar sa, trist. Lite smakl\u00f6s och sv\u00e5rodlad. Plantorna r\u00e4nner iv\u00e4g, \u00e4ts snabbt upp av jordloppor innan de klena resterna g\u00e5r i blom. Hoppl\u00f6s. Och allt det d\u00e4r st\u00e4mmer om man som jag gjort fel.<\/p>\n<p>Pak choi ska inte s\u00e5s i slutet av april. F\u00f6rsommar \u00e4r inte alla plantors b\u00e4sta tid. Pak choi vill ha kortare dagar, fuktigt och lite sm\u00e5kyligt. H\u00f6st helt enkelt. D\u00e5 blir plantorna alldeles fantastiskt fina och av jordlopporna ser jag intet. De \u00e4r v\u00e4ck f\u00f6r i \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Jag odlar tv\u00e5 sorter, minivarianten Green Fortune och en importerad miniminisort. Den minsta \u00e4r trevlig och tiden mellan s\u00e5dd och sk\u00f6rd \u00e4r blixtsnabb, men jag gillar \u00e4nd\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre den aningen st\u00f6rre. Perfekt f\u00f6r h\u00f6stodling.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jag f\u00f6rv\u00e4ller bladen hastigt, l\u00e5ter dem rinna av och steker sedan varsamt i olja och vitl\u00f6k eller i ghee. Ni vet sm\u00f6rfettet som t\u00e5l v\u00e4rme utan att br\u00e4nna det minsta. Perfekt att steka gr\u00f6nsaker i. Jag g\u00f6r hummus, steker ett \u00e4gg och \u00e4ter med en rej\u00e4l h\u00f6g av de gr\u00f6na, fr\u00e4sta bladen, ibland med lite chili och n\u00e5gra droppar sesamolja. Enkelt och verkligen s\u00e5 gott.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e5lv\u00e4xter \u00e4r \u00f6verhuvudtaget favoriter i odlingen. Jag odlar m\u00e5nga sorter i stora m\u00e4ngder och p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4rskilt s\u00e4tt direkt i ensilage. Mer om det kan du l\u00e4sa i <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/min-kalodling-i-ensilage\/\">det h\u00e4r inl\u00e4gget.\u00a0\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nu har vi passerat gr\u00e4nsen f\u00f6r sen s\u00e5dd. \u00c4ven om pak choi inte vill ha l\u00e5nga dagar s\u00e5 finns det gr\u00e4nser, men kom ih\u00e5g det h\u00e4r till n\u00e4sta \u00e5r. Jag som bor i S\u00f6derk\u00f6ping satte mina fr\u00f6er i slutet av augusti.<\/p>\n<p>Tidig v\u00e5r l\u00e4r vara ett alternativ som jag definitivt ska testa. Har en fr\u00f6p\u00e5se som ligger p\u00e5 v\u00e4nt till mars. Och inte br\u00e5dskar det, jag har mycket kvar att sk\u00f6rda innan kylan sl\u00e5r till p\u00e5 riktigt. Allt gott!
