V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kommer ni ih\u00e5g Croquen? Den varma, frasiga mackan som serverades p\u00e5 alla krogar som en sorts sm\u00e5r\u00e4tt. Sen f\u00f6rsvann den. N\u00e5ja, krogen f\u00e5r g\u00e4rna representera innovation, men hemma. Varf\u00f6r ing\u00e5r inte varm macka i avdelningen snabbfixat?<\/p>\n<p>En croque \u00e4r lite mer, jag h\u00e5ller med, men fortfarande enkel. Jag tog tid och 17 minuter efter det att jag startade tillagningen kunde jag ropa \u201dmaaat!\u201d f\u00f6r samling kring bordet.<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en macka som ska vara b\u00e5de s\u00e5sig och frasig. Fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r finns det svensk ost att ers\u00e4tta den fina schweiziska med?<\/p>\n<p>Absolut, vi \u00e4r ett h\u00e5rdostfolk av rang. J\u00e4ttebra p\u00e5 ost helt enkelt och n\u00e5gra svenska alternativ, som klarar b\u00e5de smaken och sm\u00e4ltegenskaperna \u00e4r: Svecia, Pr\u00e4stost, Cheddar och f\u00f6r den som hittar, Wr\u00e5ngeb\u00e4ck.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4nner ni er tveksamma inf\u00f6r Cheddar som ett svenskt alternativ s\u00e5 handlar det om att kolla p\u00e5 tillverkaren. Cheddar \u00e4r inte ett varum\u00e4rke utan en sort som absolut g\u00f6rs i Sverige. S\u00e4kert finns det fler som l\u00e4mpar sig. Receptet \u00e4r skrivet s\u00e5 att du ska vara klar p\u00e5 17 min.<\/p>\n<h2>Croque monsieur \u2013 (krock missj\u00f6)<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<h4>Bechamel<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>25 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>2 msk vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>en gnutta riven muskot<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mackan<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>8 skivor surdegsbr\u00f6d, inte f\u00f6r tjocka<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd msk dijonsenap<\/li>\n<li>8 \u2013 16 tunna skivor kokt skinka<\/li>\n<li>300 g riven ost, t.ex. svecia eller pr\u00e4stost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull. R\u00f6r i mj\u00f6let och sp\u00e4d med mj\u00f6lken lite i taget. R\u00f6r under tiden som s\u00e5sen tjocknar annars kommer den att br\u00e4nna i botten. Smaka av med en aning riven muskot och salt. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>Rosta eller stek br\u00f6dskivorna till fin f\u00e4rg. Bred ett lager senap p\u00e5 h\u00e4lften av br\u00f6den. F\u00f6rdela en klick s\u00e5s ovanp\u00e5. Varva sedan ost, skinka och ost innan resten av br\u00f6dskivorna l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5.
