Men nej, d\u00e4r g\u00e5r min gr\u00e4ns. En g\u00e5ng r\u00e4cker. Vi \u00e4ter dem som tilltugg till burgare eller till en k\u00f6ttbit. Skala s\u00f6tpotatisen och sk\u00e4r den i pommesstora strimlor. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 en tallrik och pudra \u00f6ver potatismj\u00f6l. V\u00e4nd strimlorna s\u00e5 att mj\u00f6let kommer \u00e5t \u00f6verallt.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t kl\u00e4dd med bakpl\u00e5tspapper och se till att strimlorna ligger skilda fr\u00e5n varandra. Ringla \u00f6ver lite olja och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver ett par nypor salt. St\u00e4ll pl\u00e5ten i ugnen och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 15 min.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut och v\u00e4nd f\u00f6r att sedan l\u00e5ta dem g\u00e5 ytterligare 10 &#8211; 15 min. De ska f\u00e5 fin f\u00e4rg, men inte br\u00e4nnas. Var uppm\u00e4rksam det kan g\u00e5 fort eftersom de inneh\u00e5ller en del socker. Salta och servera direkt.<\/li>\n<li>Majonn\u00e4sen g\u00e5r p\u00e5 ett \u00f6gonblick att g\u00f6ra med en stavmixar. L\u00e4gg alla ingredienserna i mixerns beh\u00e5llare. S\u00e4tt staven i beh\u00e5llarens botten. K\u00f6r ig\u00e5ng och dra staven sakta upp\u00e5t. P\u00e5 bara n\u00e5gra sekunder har du en kr\u00e4mig, blank majonn\u00e4s.<\/li>\n<li>Majonn\u00e4sen klarar sig minst en vecka i kylen och f\u00f6rmodligen g\u00e5r inte allt \u00e5t till frisen om ni inte \u00e4r m\u00e5nga. Smaks\u00e4tt s\u00e5 mycket du beh\u00f6ver och spara resten. R\u00f6r exempelvis i lite chilipasta, sambal oelek. Vitl\u00f6k och lite lime \u00e4r ett alternativ eller riven ost.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Till er som odlar s\u00e4ger jag bara: G\u00f6r det! Odla din egen s\u00f6tpotatis. Jag fick en fin sk\u00f6rd i \u00e5r och kommer definitivt att satsa \u00e4nnu st\u00f6rre n\u00e4sta sommar. Det finns s\u00e4rskilda sorter anpassade f\u00f6r v\u00e5rt klimat och \u00e4r du nyfiken s\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/odla-sotpotatis-absolut-mojligt\/\">kolla p\u00e5 inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vill du ist\u00e4llet satsa p\u00e5 vanliga, men garanterat krispiga pommes s\u00e5 har jag <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/pommes-de-lux-fulmaten-blir-finkak\/\">ett inl\u00e4gg om det h\u00e4r<\/a>.
