V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kanske tror ni att jag alltid sv\u00e4nger ihop storslagna middagar n\u00e4r det nalkas helg, men nja. Jobbar man med mat som jag s\u00e5 kan det serveras overnights oats en fredagskv\u00e4ll f\u00f6r att det r\u00e5kade vara dagens jobb. Eller grillad lax med chilihet salsa till sen frukost.<\/p>\n<p>Vissa jobb uppskattas mer \u00e4n andra h\u00e4rhemma och har dessutom perfekt timing. Just nu \u00e4r den k\u00f6tt\u00e4tande delen av familjeskaran heln\u00f6jda. Jag jobbar med ett projekt som handlar om stekyta. Massor av tips f\u00f6r att lyckas med stekytan som kanske \u00e4r den b\u00e4sta kryddan av alla.<\/p>\n<p>Men nu till dagens biff.<\/p>\n<h2>Champinjondr\u00f6sad biff i vitvinss\u00e5s<\/h2>\n<p>4 pers<\/p>\n<p>4 skivor biff av n\u00f6t eller \u00e4lg<\/p>\n<h4>vitvinss\u00e5s<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl vitt vin<\/li>\n<li>2 dl cr\u00e9me fraiche<\/li>\n<li>1 dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd msk koncentrerad kalv- eller viltfond<\/li>\n<li>2 teskedar dijonsenap<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k (eller motsvarande fryst)<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>peppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Champinjonfr\u00e4s<\/h4>\n<p>250 gram champinjoner<\/p>\n<p>1 liten vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/p>\n<p>2 stj\u00e4lkar persilja<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Finhacka l\u00f6ken och fr\u00e4s den f\u00f6rsiktigt i en stekpanna. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vinet och l\u00e5t det puttra n\u00e5gon minut. R\u00f6r i cr\u00e9me fraiche tillsammans med vatten, fond och senap. \u00a0Koka sakta till fin konsistens. Sk\u00e4r gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken fint och r\u00f6r i den strax f\u00f6re servering. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Ansa och skiva champinjonerna. L\u00e4gg dem i en stekpanna utan fett och l\u00e5t vattnet dunsta bort innan fett tillf\u00f6rs. Finhacka vitl\u00f6k och persilja. R\u00f6r ner i svampen och stek ytterligare n\u00e5gon minut. Salta och peppra en aning.<\/li>\n<li>Torka av k\u00f6ttet. Salta och hetta upp fett i en panna. Stek till fin f\u00e4rg p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor. Peppra och servera tillsammans med s\u00e5s, champinjoner och potatis.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5d\u00e4r d\u00e5 laddar jag om inf\u00f6r n\u00e4sta v\u00e4lstekta k\u00f6ttr\u00e4tt till morgondagens skriverier.
