Den ultimata julk\u00e4nslan i smak, doft och magisk f\u00e4rg. Som en dekoration i sig. Och det d\u00e4r lilla mandelkraset ihop med sylt och gr\u00e4dde. Oslagbart. Julmys \u00e4r inte mitt ord, men h\u00e4r, tja kanske \u00e4nd\u00e5. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Men allt \u00e4r inte som man tror. Jag har sett p\u00e5 min barndoms ugnsbakade gyllengula gr\u00f6t som en sorts unik, avancerad julpudding, men nu vet jag b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r trots allt matskribent och dessutom en med ambition att grunda professionen i gedigen kunskap. Helt klart med vissa brister f\u00f6r h\u00e4romdagen fick jag en verklig \u00f6verraskning. Jag bj\u00f6d flott ett s\u00e4llskap p\u00e5 min unika saffransgr\u00f6t och fick strax h\u00f6ra att det var en fantastiskt god \u201dsaffranspannkaka\u201d!<\/p>\n<p>Vad?! \u00c4r min juliga saffransgr\u00f6t en gotl\u00e4ndsk saffranspannkaka? Snabb efterforskning visar att absolut s\u00e5 \u00e4r det, i alla fall enligt\u00a0 receptboken. Egentligen spelar det v\u00e4l ingen roll, men snopen blev jag. En r\u00e4tt som f\u00f6r\u00e4dlar gr\u00f6trester till n\u00e5got s\u00e5 mycket b\u00e4ttre s\u00e5 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r s\u00e4ger jag er alla: Ni m\u00e5ste testa! I min uppenbarligen oupplysta v\u00e4rld kommer den alltid vara just julens saffransgr\u00f6t och inget annat.<\/p>\n<p>Vill ni vara grundliga och utg\u00e5 fr\u00e5n egenh\u00e4ndigt fixad gr\u00f6t s\u00e5 kan jag varmt rekommendera att <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/risgrynsgrot-i-ugn\/\">testa det h\u00e4r receptet p\u00e5 risgrynsgr\u00f6t i ugn. Vansinnigt god och helt utan risk att br\u00e4nna vid.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r receptet utg\u00e5r fr\u00e5n 500 g kall risgrynsgr\u00f6t och har du inte gjort egen s\u00e5 brukar den kylda gr\u00f6ten man kan k\u00f6pa f\u00e4rdig ligga p\u00e5 den vikten. Nu till dagens uppgift.<\/p>\n<h2>Julens saffransgr\u00f6t<\/h2>\n<p>6 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g risgrynsgr\u00f6t<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl hel mandel<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>0,5 g saffran, ett paket<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<li>en nypa salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>sylt, drottning \u00e4r gott, hallon\/bl\u00e5b\u00e4r<\/li>\n<li>vispad gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Flisa eller grovhacka mandeln. L\u00e4gg undan lite som ska str\u00f6s \u00f6ver p\u00e5 slutet.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda gr\u00f6t, mandel, \u00e4gg, gr\u00e4dde, saffran, socker och salt.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00f6rj en form.\u00a0 Inte f\u00f6r stor, jag tycker att gr\u00f6ten blir b\u00e4st om den f\u00e5r formen av en ostkaka. Inte f\u00f6r tunn allts\u00e5. H\u00e4ll i smeten och str\u00f6 den sparade mandeln \u00f6verst.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen ungef\u00e4r 20 minuter. Det beror lite p\u00e5 hur tjock den \u00e4r, men g\u00f6r ett stickprov. Stickan ska inte vara kladdig, men n\u00e4stan. Gr\u00f6ten f\u00e5r inte bli torr och ska samtidigt vara helt tillagad. Addera k\u00e4nsla till receptet.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c4t ljummen med sylt och vispad gr\u00e4dde.
