H\u00e4r kommer n\u00e5gra sm\u00e5 men v\u00e4rdefulla tips f\u00f6r att lyckas med tv\u00e5 av de lite kr\u00e5ngliga klassikerna, julskinka och julgr\u00f6t. Tricket \u00e4r att satsa p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt temperatur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5gra saker ska finnas med. I alla fall p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga julbord och vissa av dem \u00e4r k\u00e4nsliga. Inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4tta att f\u00e5 den r\u00e4tta finishen p\u00e5 helt enkelt. Ta skinkan. Torr och trist eller saftig? Spetsen av en stektermometer mitt i skinkan. Kolla att termometern klarar att vistas i ugnen annars f\u00e5r du provsticka i skinkan d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Sluttemperaturen ska ligga p\u00e5 (69 -)70 grader d\u00e5 \u00e4r den saftig. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att temperaturen stiger minst en grad sedan du tagit skinkan ur ugnen. Alternativet \u00e4r att koka, eller snarare sjuda varsamt. Spadet h\u00e5ller 100 grader och samma princip g\u00e4ller. Innertemperaturen ska inte \u00f6ver 70 grader f\u00f6r d\u00e5 blir skinkan torr. Jag brukar h\u00e5lla ner temperaturen \u00e4nnu n\u00e5gon grad till 69 men d\u00e5 kan h\u00e5llbarheten bli lite s\u00e4mre. Fullst\u00e4ndigt recept vid l\u00e4nken ovan.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6r julgr\u00f6ten: Ugnen p\u00e5 100 grader. Gr\u00f6triset f\u00e5r f\u00f6rst koka tio minuter p\u00e5 spisen och l\u00e4ggs sedan i en gryta som st\u00e4lls i ugnen. Efter ett par timmar och bara n\u00e5gon enstaka omr\u00f6rning: Helt perfekt!
