Det \u00e4r fredag, lugnet s\u00e4nker sig. Man \u00e4r tr\u00f6tt, men vad g\u00f6r det? H\u00e4r kommer helgen inrullande! Dags f\u00f6r maten som ska ge fredagsk\u00e4nsla och som g\u00e4rna ska vara lite som f\u00f6rra fredagen f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r s\u00e5 det funkar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Men nu vill jag i alla fall f\u00f6resl\u00e5 n\u00e5got nytt. Jag t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 allt det d\u00e4r vi l\u00e4ser. Det vi borde t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 men som f\u00f6rsvinner i vardag, tidsbrist och gamla vanor. H\u00e4r kommer i alla fall ett f\u00f6rslag.<\/p>\n<p>Kanonbra fredagsgrej, eller en helggrej. Lunch kanske?! Hela id\u00e9n bygger p\u00e5 riktigt goda saker som ocks\u00e5 r\u00e5kar vara <a href=\"http:\/\/land.se\/sasongens-naringsbomber-har-ar-12-gronsaker-du-ska-ata-nu\/\">supernyttiga och n\u00e4rproducerade.<\/a> Nu blir det fredagsmys p\u00e5 snabbfr\u00e4st viltk\u00f6tt, coleslaw p\u00e5 r\u00f6dk\u00e5l med egenfixad majonn\u00e4s och picklad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k.<\/p>\n<p>En verklig extrabonus att \u00e5terkomma till \u00e4r en hemmagjord majonn\u00e4s. Ni har receptet h\u00e4r och i en film p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/skogtillbord\/\">mitt Instagramkonto <\/a>som ocks\u00e5 g\u00e5r under namnet skog till bord. P\u00e5 Instagram har man 15 sekunder p\u00e5 sig att visa en film. Majonn\u00e4s p\u00e5 15 sek. Sl\u00e5 det den som kan. \u00a0Ni m\u00e5ste verkligen g\u00e5 in och kolla! R\u00f6dk\u00e5l, morot, r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, \u00a0machesallat, majonn\u00e4s och snabbstekta viltstekrester kommer inte g\u00f6ra n\u00e5gon besviken.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jag hoppas att ni har m\u00f6jlighet att v\u00e4lja viltk\u00f6tt till er tortilla, om inte f\u00f6rs\u00f6k \u00e4nd\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra ett bra k\u00f6ttval. Jag anv\u00e4nde mig av \u00f6verblivna \u00e4lgstekrester som skivades tunt. Viltskav fungerar alldeles utm\u00e4rkt och det finns att k\u00f6pa fryst i m\u00e5nga butiker.<\/p>\n<p>Ett annat alternativ kan vara en bit ytterfil\u00e9. Den kallas lite olika saker beroende p\u00e5 vilket djur den kommer ifr\u00e5n. Till exempel biff om det handlar om \u00e4lg eller utskuren kotlett om det \u00e4r ett vildsvin.<\/p>\n<p>Hursomhelst s\u00e5 ska k\u00f6ttet skivas eller strimlas fint innan man snabbsteker det och jag tycker inte att man beh\u00f6ver s\u00e4rskilt mycket k\u00f6tt per person.<\/p>\n<p>Jag r\u00e4knar med en tortilla per man, men jag vet att till exempel mina ton\u00e5rss\u00f6ner vill ha tv\u00e5, eller tre, eller fyra. Anpassa m\u00e4ngd efter \u00e5lder och hunger.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t oss b\u00f6rja med majonn\u00e4sen. D\u00e4r har man 15 sekunder p\u00e5 sig och jag hinner!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Majonn\u00e4s p\u00e5 15 sekunder<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 msk fransk senap<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>lite salt<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk av n\u00e5got syrligt, citron eller vin\u00e4ger<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl rapsolja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Det \u00e4r viktigt att alla ingredienser har samma temperatur.<\/li>\n<li>Klicka senapen i beh\u00e5llaren till en stavmixer. Kn\u00e4ck i \u00e4gget. Str\u00f6 i lite salt och syran. H\u00e4ll i oljan.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt stavmixern i botten av beh\u00e5llaren. S\u00e4tt ig\u00e5ng mixern och dra den sakta upp\u00e5t. Majonn\u00e4sen g\u00e5r ihop p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra sekunder n\u00e4r du drar upp staven.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka eventuellt av med en aning pressad citron eller vin\u00e4ger. Funkar perfekt!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>N\u00e4rproducerad fredagsmys (4 personer)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 tortilla<\/li>\n<li>machesallat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Picklad l\u00f6k<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 stor r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 msk \u00e4ttika<\/li>\n<li>1 msk socker<\/li>\n<li>2 msk vatten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Coleslaw<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g r\u00f6dk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>1 morot<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd &#8211; 1 dl majonn\u00e4s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Viltfr\u00e4s<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>75-100 g viltk\u00f6tt per person<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>2 msk finhackad persilja<\/li>\n<li>en nypa chiliflakes<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Skiva r\u00f6dl\u00f6k tunt. Blanda \u00e4ttika, socker och vatten tills sockret l\u00f6st sig. Blanda lagen med l\u00f6ken. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>Strimla r\u00f6dk\u00e5len s\u00e5 fint du kan. Skala moroten och strimla den fint. Blanda med majonn\u00e4s.<\/li>\n<li>Skiva eller strimla k\u00f6ttet tunt. Finhacka vitl\u00f6ken. Hetta upp olja i en panna och fr\u00e4s k\u00f6tt tillsammans med, vitl\u00f6k, persilja, en aning chiliflakes och lite salt.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm tortillabr\u00f6den i stekpanna eller ugn. Dags att l\u00e4gga ihop h\u00e4rligheten . Lite machesallat i botten, coleslaw, k\u00f6tt och en str\u00e4ng med den picklade l\u00f6ken. Rulla ihop och hugg in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Jag gillar tanken med en fredagskv\u00e4ll som bjuder p\u00e5 hela nyttopaketet och dessutom en rej\u00e4l dos gott matsamvete. Men allra viktigast \u00e4r s\u00e5klart att det \u00e4r gott och jag lova er, det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en h\u00f6jdare.<\/p>\n<p>I morgon kommer fler majonn\u00e4stips.
