Ingen prickar den hemliga ingrediensen svarta b\u00f6nor. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6nor som ingrediens i s\u00f6ta saker, i kakor och godis. Det l\u00e5ter m\u00e4rkligt, men man kan fr\u00e5ga sig varf\u00f6r. Att det vajande vetef\u00e4ltet ska hamna i kakan \u00e4r det ingen som tvekar inf\u00f6r, men b\u00f6nor \u00e4r fr\u00e4mmande. N\u00e5gra \u00e4r gjorda med ingredienser vi inte s\u00e5 ofta ser i s\u00f6ta saker andra inneh\u00e5ller vanliga s\u00f6tsaker.<\/p>\n<h2>B\u00f6nbrownie med chokladganach<\/h2>\n<p>12 bitar<\/p>\n<h4>Chokladganasch<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g m\u00f6rk choklad<\/li>\n<li>1 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>B\u00f6nrownie<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 f\u00f6rpackning svarta b\u00f6nor, 400 g<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk \u00e4kta vaniljpulver<\/li>\n<li>\u00be dl kakaopulver<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk snabbkaffepulver (kan uteslutas)<\/li>\n<li>en nypa salt<\/li>\n<li>50 g hackad m\u00f6rk choklad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Toppning<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl hasseln\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk socker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Hacka chokladen till ganach och l\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l. Hetta upp gr\u00e4dden, h\u00e4ll den \u00f6ver chokladen och r\u00f6r till en j\u00e4mn smet. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan att svalna.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Sk\u00f6lj b\u00f6norna och l\u00e5t dem rinna av innan de mixas till en j\u00e4mn smet.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg b\u00f6nr\u00f6ran i en sk\u00e5l och r\u00f6r i ett \u00e4gg i taget plus oljan.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda all de torra ingredienserna utom chokladen. R\u00f6r ner i b\u00f6nr\u00f6ran och l\u00e4gg till sist i den hackade chokladen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper i en medelstor form med h\u00f6ga kanter. Tryck till pappret noga s\u00e5 att det f\u00f6ljer formen. H\u00e4ll i smeten och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen 30 \u2013 35 minuter. Kakan ska vara kladdig men inte rinnig. Prova med en sticka.<\/li>\n<li>Hacka hasseln\u00f6tterna och rosta dem i torr panna. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 sockret som ska sm\u00e4lta. Rysta pannan ett par g\u00e5nger och h\u00e4ll upp n\u00f6tterna som ska svalna.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4r kakan svalnat kan den lyftas ur formen med papprets hj\u00e4lp.
