V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r s\u00e5 l\u00f6jligt enkelt att man inte kan fatta varf\u00f6r inte alla, alltid har en burk p\u00e5 lut. Ingen kan misslyckas\u2026eller det finns en k\u00e4nslig detalj. Det kr\u00e4vs n\u00e5gon sorts maskin som orkar bearbeta n\u00f6tterna och ja, det har skett miss\u00f6den.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har helt enkelt br\u00e4nt en beredare p\u00e5 alltf\u00f6r flitig nutellatillverkning. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r, h\u00e5ll koll, blir din beredare varm s\u00e5 l\u00e5t den vila en stund innan du k\u00f6r igen. Det \u00e4r inte ett moment att hoppa \u00f6ver eftersom det verkligen s\u00e4tter smaken. Och h\u00f6jer den l\u00e5ngt \u00f6ver \u201dbara hasseln\u00f6tter\u201d som i och f\u00f6r sig \u00e4r mycket gott, men inte i det h\u00e4r sammanhanget.<\/p>\n<p>Rosta och gnugga av skalen i en handduk. Det lilla jobbet \u00e4r v\u00e4rt varje sekund. L\u00e5t oss angripa uppgiften som snart kommer att g\u00f6ra dig till en lite lyckligare m\u00e4nniska.<\/p>\n<h2>Nutella \u2013 oslagbar n\u00f6tchokladkr\u00e4m<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g hasseln\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>250 g choklad, jag anv\u00e4nder m\u00f6rk, men mj\u00f6lkchoklad funkar finfint<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd -2 msk honung<\/li>\n<li>en nypa salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. L\u00e4gg n\u00f6tterna p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t och rosta den cirka 15 minuter. De m\u00f6rknar i f\u00e4rgen och hela k\u00f6ket doftar just rostade n\u00f6tter. Titta till dem ibland de ska absolut inte br\u00e4nnas.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg n\u00f6tterna i en handduk och gnugga s\u00e5 att det bruna h\u00f6ljet skavs av. Det g\u00f6r ingenting om de inte \u00e4r helt fria fr\u00e5n skal. L\u00e4gg n\u00f6tterna i en beredare och k\u00f6r tills fettet sl\u00e4pper och det blir en sl\u00e4t smet.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt chokladen i mikro eller i vattenbad. L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got innan den h\u00e4lls i beredaren tillsammans med honung och en gnutta salt. K\u00f6r ihop till en smet. H\u00e4ll i en helt ren burk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I kylen h\u00e5ller kr\u00e4men minst en m\u00e5nad, men den kommer att vara h\u00e5rd varje g\u00e5ng den ska anv\u00e4ndas. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r brukar jag f\u00f6rvara den i skafferiet och d\u00e4r har den st\u00e5tt sig fint i alla fall ett par veckor\u2026tills den tagit slut.<\/p>\n<p>Fasligt gott p\u00e5 macka, s\u00e4rskilt rostad eller som topping p\u00e5 bakverk. Testa en klick tillsammans med b\u00e4r p\u00e5 gr\u00f6ten, i smoothien eller till fruktsalladen. Det finns tusentals varianter. Bara att prova ett efter ett.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00f6tkr\u00e4m eller n\u00f6tsm\u00f6r kan g\u00f6ras utan choklad och blir d\u00e5 neutral med \u00e4nnu st\u00f6rre m\u00f6jligheter att anv\u00e4nda i all sorts mat inte bara till det s\u00f6ta.
