V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00f6n och rej\u00e4l. S\u00e5 k\u00e4nns en vegetarisk lasagne. Alla \u00e4r n\u00f6jda och ingen knorrar \u00f6ver att man inte blir m\u00e4tt av de vegomaten. Ocks\u00e5 till den som fortfarande mumlar om att gr\u00f6nt \u00e4r kaninmat. Lasagne \u00e4r rej\u00e4lt p\u00e5 ett tryggt s\u00e4tt, ingen g\u00e5r fr\u00e5n bordet hungrig och \u00e4nd\u00e5, i vegoversionen liksom lite l\u00e4ttare.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>N\u00e4r min lasagne hamnar p\u00e5 middagsbordet ska den vara doftande, rykande med k\u00e4nslan av precis nygjord trots att s\u00e5sen gjordes dagen f\u00f6re och att sj\u00e4lva lasagnen monterades ihop tidig morgon f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga timmar sedan.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vegetarisk lasagne<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>6 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>16 lasagneplattor<\/li>\n<li>150 g smakrik ost, exempelvis Svecia<\/li>\n<li>150 g salladsost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Gr\u00f6nsaksr\u00f6ra<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 gula l\u00f6kar<\/li>\n<li>3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/li>\n<li>1 aubergine<\/li>\n<li>1 squash<\/li>\n<li>2 paprikor<\/li>\n<li>2 burkar finkrossade tomater<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk timjan<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Bechamels\u00e5s<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>5 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Finhacka l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k. T\u00e4rna aubergine, squash och paprikor. Fr\u00e4s gr\u00f6nsakerna i en gryta. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 tomater och timjan. L\u00e5t sm\u00e5puttra minst 15 minuter, g\u00e4rna l\u00e4ngre. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>Till bechamels\u00e5sen ska sm\u00f6ret sm\u00e4ltas i en kastrull. Vispa i mj\u00f6let och fyll p\u00e5 med mj\u00f6lken. Vispa s\u00e5sen tills den tjocknar.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Varva i en ugnsfast form lasagneplattor, gr\u00f6nsaksr\u00f6ra, de b\u00e5da ostsorterna och bechamels\u00e5s. Toppa med ett lager av gr\u00f6nsakerna, s\u00e5sen och ost. St\u00e4ll lasagnen i ugnen i 35 &#8211; 40 minuter. Titta till den ibland s\u00e5 att inte ytan br\u00e4nns. Servera med en stor sallad och god dressing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Det g\u00e5r som sagt alldeles utm\u00e4rkt att g\u00f6ra s\u00e5sen i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g. Kanske till och med att den blir godare av att st\u00e5 till sig ett dygn. Vill du g\u00f6ra i princip hela m\u00e5ltiden klar innan jobbet s\u00e5 g\u00e5r det fint att l\u00e4gga ihop hela lasagnen med avsvalnade s\u00e5ser fram till momentet d\u00e4r den ska in i ugnen.
