Ta lingon, som i sig \u00e4r en r\u00e4tt k\u00e4rv liten rackare. Syrlig med en viss bitterhet. Jag \u00e4lskar lingon, men visst drar det bak i kinderna av syra och beska \u00a0n\u00e4r man plockar och \u00e4ter direkt fr\u00e5n riset. Men s\u00e5 l\u00e5ter man lingonet m\u00f6ta de tre pepparkakskryddorna, kanel, ingef\u00e4ra och kryddnejlika och d\u00e5 h\u00e4nder n\u00e5got.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det handlar inte om att d\u00f6lja smak utan smaken blir tv\u00e4rtom st\u00f6rre. Det \u00e4r som det smakar mer lingon tillsammans med kryddorna \u00e4n utan. Tills\u00e4tt s\u00f6tma till det h\u00e4r och det blir hur bra som helst. Kolas\u00e5s och lingon \u00e4r ju en klassiker. Och varf\u00f6r ska man v\u00e4lja n\u00e4r man kan f\u00e5 allt? Vi g\u00f6r en\u00a0lingonglass med pepparkakskolas\u00e5s.<\/p>\n<p>Tror den blir fin efter juldagsmiddagen eller efter annandagens andmiddag. Men den \u00e5terkommer jag till. Idag blir det dessert!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Lingonglass\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4>Ingredienser<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>5 \u00e4ggulor<\/li>\n<li>2 dl str\u00f6socker<\/li>\n<li>3 dl vispgr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>3 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>1 vaniljst\u00e5ng<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl lingon + en n\u00e4ve dekorationslingon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>B\u00f6rja med att vispa \u00e4ggulor och socker. Vitt och p\u00f6sigt ska det bli.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e5ra vaniljst\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden, skrapa ur den och l\u00e4gg i en kastrull tillsammans med mj\u00f6lk och gr\u00e4dde. Sjud upp, och fiska upp vaniljst\u00e5ngen efter n\u00e5gon minut. Ta kastrullen av plattan och l\u00e5t det hela svalna en stund innan du r\u00f6r ner \u00e4ggsmeten.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt tillbaka p\u00e5 plattan, l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme, och r\u00f6r till smeten tjocknar. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa b\u00e4ren grovt. R\u00f6r ner i smeten, som nu ska kylas. Har du en glassmaskin? Fine, d\u00e5 k\u00f6r du i den. Annars s\u00e4tter du in en sk\u00e5l i frysen. R\u00f6r om n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger i b\u00f6rjan av frysningen. Jag brukar k\u00f6ra en snabbsv\u00e4ng med elvispen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Pepparkakskolas\u00e5s<\/h2>\n<h4>Ingredienser<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl ljus sirap<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 -2 tsk pepparkakskrydda<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e5t gr\u00e4dde, sirap och socker sjuda p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme ca femton minuter. R\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Smaks\u00e4tt med kryddorna. K<\/li>\n<li>Kolas\u00e5sen ska tjockna men inte f\u00f6r mycket.
