En charkuterist med egna korvvarianter eller ett uppb\u00e5d av klassiker? Mitt f\u00f6rsta tips \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra en scanning av n\u00e4romr\u00e5det och det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare \u00e4n man kan tro. Det finns en app.<\/p>\n<p>Landets stora skola f\u00f6r mathantverkare, Eldrimner, har lanserat appen&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eldrimner.com\/om-eldrimner\/31997.hitta_mathantverkare.html\">Hitta mathantverkare<\/a>&#8221; som laddas ner via Appstore eller Google play. D\u00e4r finns h\u00e4nvisningar till charkuterister och dessutom till ett stort antal mathantverkare av alla sorter. Min plan \u00e4r att anv\u00e4nda appen som ett semestern\u00f6je i \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Med utg\u00e5ngspunkt i en god v\u00e4l tillverkad korv har vi det enkla jobbet kvar, toppingen. Mitt bidrag bygger p\u00e5 svenska smaker och olika texturer. Pepparrot, \u00e4pple, l\u00f6k, friterat, kr\u00e4migt och crunchigt. Annorlunda utan konstigheter. Skiva den mycket tunt. Strimlorna ska vara n\u00e5lfina.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp en bottenskyla p\u00e5 en centimeter rapsolja i en kastrull. L\u00e4gg i l\u00f6ken och l\u00e5t den friteras tills den skiftar f\u00e4rg till gyllenbrynt. Ta genast upp med h\u00e5lslev och l\u00e5t rinna av p\u00e5 papper.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r \u00e4pplena i riktigt sm\u00e5, fina t\u00e4rningar. Blanda med majonn\u00e4s. Recept nedan.<\/li>\n<li>Snitta eventuellt och stek korvarna varsamt till fin f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg dem i br\u00f6d och toppa med \u00e4ppelmajonn\u00e4sen och den frasiga l\u00f6ken.
