V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Frukostm\u00e4nniska, eller kanske mer en brunchperson? Jag r\u00f6star oftast p\u00e5 frukost. Min b\u00e4sta tid. K\u00f6ket \u00e4r bara mitt f\u00f6r en timma, men samtidigt gillar jag brunch som ett s\u00e4tt att umg\u00e5s. Vi tr\u00e4ffas m\u00e5nga p\u00e5 allas villkor. L\u00e4ttsamt och barnv\u00e4nligt.<\/p>\n<p>Det g\u00e4ller att f\u00e5 till en blandning av r\u00e4tter som passar alla och g\u00e4rna i en sorts buff\u00e9form. Plocka p\u00e5 dig och mingla runt. H\u00e4mta mer och forts\u00e4tta ett sp\u00e4nnande samtal. Trevligt och gott ska det vara s\u00e5klart.<\/p>\n<p>Ugnsbakad havregrynsgr\u00f6t \u00e4r definitivt en godk\u00e4nd brunchr\u00e4tt. Lite mer \u00e4n frukost och \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte lunch. Vad ska man servera mer d\u00e5? Mina f\u00f6rslag \u00e4r kaffe och te f\u00f6rst\u00e5s plus n\u00e5got med \u00e4gg, n\u00e5gon variant p\u00e5 smoothie, gott br\u00f6d och p\u00e5l\u00e4gg. B\u00e5de \u00e5t det salta h\u00e5llet och n\u00e5got s\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n<p>Kika g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 inl\u00e4gget om <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/farskost-och-smor-fran-hemmamejeriet\/\">hemgjord f\u00e4rskost vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>. Eller det om <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/nutella-den-allra-basta-gor-du-sjalv\/\">egengjord n\u00f6tchokladkr\u00e4m typ nutella som du hittar h\u00e4r<\/a>. En h\u00f6jdare! Men nu blir det gr\u00f6t.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Ugnsbakad havregrynsgr\u00f6t med \u00e4pple och mandel<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 stort \u00e4pple<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl mandel<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl havregryn<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>3 dl mj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>2 msk honung<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk kanel<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk grovst\u00f6tt kardemumma<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Till servering<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 \u00e4pplen<\/li>\n<li>1 msk honung<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk kanel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Riv \u00e4pplet grovt och hacka mandeln.\u00a0 Blanda alla ingredienserna och h\u00e4ll i en smord ugnsform.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen cirka 20 minuter. Gr\u00f6ten ska f\u00e5 en fin yta och resa sig n\u00e5got.<\/li>\n<li>K\u00e4rna ur och klyfta \u00e4pplen till servering. Stek i sm\u00f6r med honung och kanel. \u00c4t gr\u00f6t och kanelstekta \u00e4pplen i djup tallrik med mj\u00f6lk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fler inl\u00e4gg p\u00e5 brunchtema \u00e4r p\u00e5 ing\u00e5ng och redan i morgon tar vi ett grepp om \u00e4ggr\u00f6ran, den b\u00e4sta!
