Vackert och\u00a0 gener\u00f6st med en grymt god dressing. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en sallad som st\u00e5r p\u00e5 gr\u00e4nsen. Den inneh\u00e5ller krispiga gr\u00f6nsaker, men ocks\u00e5 ugnsbakad potatis och stekt sparris. \u00c4r det d\u00e5 en sallad eller en varmr\u00e4tt? Sallad s\u00e4ger jag eftersom den serveras i stor sk\u00e5l i s\u00e4llskap med en vansinnigt god dressing.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r en salladss\u00e5s inspirerad av hovm\u00e4stars\u00e5s. Massor med dill, senap och lite s\u00f6tma. Jag anv\u00e4nde honung och pressade dessutom i citron. Saknade lite struktur och knaper s\u00e5 jag rostade en n\u00e4ve solrosfr\u00f6 och d\u00e4r satt den.<\/p>\n<p>Sj\u00e4lva salladen inneh\u00e5ller m\u00e5nga ingredienser. Passar lika bra till p\u00e5skens r\u00f6kta lax som till lammstek eller lammf\u00e4rsbiffar.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jag ville ha in en lagad, lite matig k\u00e4nsla i min p\u00e5sksallad och stoppade i ugnsrostad potatis. Sparris och den gr\u00f6na, kompakta salladen Little gem stekte jag hastigt i panna f\u00f6r att ge dem lite mer karakt\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e4disor och gurka hyvlade jag och s\u00e5 plockade jag in den f\u00f6rsta knippan gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k fr\u00e5n lotten tillsammans med en rugge \u00e4rtskott och lite spenat.<\/p>\n<p>En del pyssel f\u00f6r en salladssk\u00e5l, men s\u00e5 v\u00e4rt. Tanken \u00e4r att den ska passa till mycket och det g\u00f6r den verkligen. Lax eller lamm funkar lika bra. Det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 fint att servera den tillsammans med \u00e4gg i olika former som en sorts vegetarisk r\u00e4tt.\u00a0 Till verket!<\/p>\n<h2>P\u00e5sksallad<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>800 g potatis<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa sparris<\/li>\n<li>2 sm\u00e5, fasta salladshuvuden (Little gem)<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa r\u00e4disor<\/li>\n<li>1 liten gurka<\/li>\n<li>100 g sugarsnaps, f\u00e4rska<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>\u00e4rtskott<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Dressing<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 msk sk\u00e5nsk senap<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk honung<\/li>\n<li>1 citron, saften<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa dill<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd msk rostade solrosk\u00e4rnor<\/li>\n<li>1 \u2013 2 msk rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>(salt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader. Halvera eller klyfta potatisen beroende p\u00e5 storlek. L\u00e4gg potatisen i en form. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver salt och droppa p\u00e5 olja. Blanda och placera i ugnen. Ta ut n\u00e4r de f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg och \u00e4r mjuka rakt igenom.<\/li>\n<li>Bryt sparrisarna p\u00e5 h\u00e4lften. Sk\u00e4r skivor av den nedre delen, men l\u00e5t den allra sista biten g\u00e5 till komposten. Dela de sm\u00e5 salladshuvudena i klyftor p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden. Salta l\u00e4tt och stek sparris och sallat hastigt i olja. De ska precis f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg, inte vara genomstekta.<\/li>\n<li>Hyvla r\u00e4disor till tunna, fina skivor. Gurkan kan hyvlas p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden. Sk\u00e4r de knapriga sm\u00e5 \u00e4rtskidorna i bitar. Sk\u00e4r gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken fint. L\u00e4gg ihop salladen n\u00e4r de varma ingredienserna svalnat.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda senap, honung och citron till dressingen. Finhacka dillen och hacka solrosk\u00e4rnorna grovt. R\u00f6r ihop alla ingredienserna med oljan. Salta eventuellt. Jag tycker att s\u00e4ltan i potatisen r\u00e4cker.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4nd ihop sallad och dressing strax f\u00f6re servering f\u00f6r att det ska k\u00e4nnas nygjort och fr\u00e4scht.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En sallad som funkar som p\u00e5skbordets mittpunkt. Gott och vackert!
