Vilt, svamp, enb\u00e4r och lingon till exempel. Men det \u00e4r s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt att fastna i vanans makt s\u00e5 att den blir ett hinder. Det blir som det brukar bli. Men s\u00e5 lyfte jag blicken en aning och fick syn p\u00e5 bl\u00e5b\u00e4rsriset.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rullar ni k\u00f6ttbullar en vanlig tisdag? Jag \u00e4r r\u00e4tt lat och g\u00f6r oftast st\u00f6rre biffar. De blir ju s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga de d\u00e4r sm\u00e5bullarna. Men det \u00e4r verkligen gott och barnen tjatar. S\u00e5 nu blev det den lilla varianten med ett par inplockade nyheter.<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r ju helt om\u00e5ttligt f\u00f6rtjust i torkad svamp. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/trattisen\/\">Har hyllad den h\u00e4r i bloggen<\/a>. Trattkantareller \u00e4r en favorit men den som haft lyckan att springa p\u00e5 en klunga av den svarta trumpetsvampen har dragit en vinstlott.<\/p>\n<p>Jag mixade en r\u00e5gad n\u00e4ve till smulor, eller n\u00e4stan pulver och kryddade f\u00e4rsen med dem. D\u00e4r trollade dem med smaken tillsammans med ett uns kryddpeppar, en mininypa kryddnejlika och en doft kanel.<\/p>\n<p>Det ska vara s\u00e5 lite att man inte kan urskilja kryddorna, vi vill inte ha in n\u00e5gon julst\u00e4mning i v\u00e5rvinterljuset. Nej, bara en f\u00f6rdjupning och lite v\u00e4rme till viltf\u00e4rsen. Till det h\u00e4r fanns inget alternativ till gr\u00e4ddigt potatismos. Det gjorde barnen helt klart s\u00e5 mos fick det bli, och lingon. Eller? Kanske \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte. Frysen \u00e4r full med bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och det borde funka.<\/p>\n<p>Viltf\u00e4rs, trumpetsvamp och bl\u00e5b\u00e4r. Kanel \u00e4r ju en avstickare fr\u00e5n den lokala vinkeln, men bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och kanel \u00e4r gott ihop. Jag kokade<a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/snabbsylt\/\"> en snabbvariant p\u00e5 bl\u00e5b\u00e4rssylt<\/a> och kan meddela att det blev alldeles fantastiskt bra. S\u00e5 om det h\u00e4r r\u00e5kar vara en sysslol\u00f6s tisdag med tid f\u00f6r k\u00f6ttbullerullning och syltkok. Mixa br\u00f6det till smulor. G\u00f6r samma sak med svampen. Den ska bli n\u00e4stan som ett pulver.<\/li>\n<li>Riv l\u00f6ken p\u00e5 grova sidan av ett rivj\u00e4rn. Blanda alla f\u00e4rsens ingredienser. Rulla k\u00f6ttbullar och stek vackert gyllenbruna i en blandning av rapsolja och sm\u00f6r. L\u00e4gg k\u00f6ttbullarna i en form och l\u00e5t de bli helt igenom f\u00e4rdiga i ugnen.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll b\u00e4r och socker i en kastrull. V\u00e4rm upp och r\u00f6r till sockret l\u00f6ser sig. L\u00e5t svalna.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll ingredienserna till s\u00e5sen i en kastrull och koka ihop till en bra konsistens. S\u00e5sen ska bara vara som en liten spegel under k\u00f6ttbullarna ingen sj\u00f6.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Servera med ett gott potatismos och brysselk\u00e5l.
