V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag erk\u00e4nner direkt att id\u00e9n till en b\u00f6rjan var mer avancerad. Tanken var snygga glas med varvat, rabarber, vit chokladkr\u00e4m och kaksmulor. L\u00e5t oss s\u00e4ga att det blev mindre vackert \u00e4n min vision. Svordomskladdigt faktiskt.<\/p>\n<p>Men det mesta g\u00e5r att f\u00f6renkla och t\u00e4nk s\u00e5 bra det blev till slut. Jag gjorde rabarberkompott i ugnen samtidigt som det tillverkades kr\u00e4m med smak av vit choklad bredvid och kak-krossandet var gjort p\u00e5 ett \u00f6gonblick. Tror att alltihop tog s\u00e5d\u00e4r 10 \u2013 15 minuter. Och det blev alldeles lysande gott! Nja, inte precis. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en snabbversion med smaker som p\u00e5minner om en, men ack s\u00e5 mycket enklare. Jag g\u00f6r den i ugn. Snabbt, enkelt och gott.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Cheesecakens smaker finns d\u00e4r. Digistivekrosset g\u00f6r sitt och den mjuka kr\u00e4men med philadelphiaost och choklad s\u00e4tter sin pr\u00e4gel. Po\u00e4ngen \u00e4r att det h\u00e4r \u00e4r dessert fixad p\u00e5 ett \u00f6gonblick. Just n\u00e4r man k\u00e4nner hur mycket den saknas. D\u00e5 sl\u00e5r man till och en kvart senare \u00e4r allt klart att serveras. Visst \u00e4r det bra!<\/p>\n<p>Mina ugnsrabarber har ni sett f\u00f6rr. De \u00e4r fina att ha till mycket. Gillar en receptgrund som sedan kan varieras. Kika g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 tidigare inl\u00e4gg. Till exempel ett med <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/ugnsbakad-rabarber-med-salt-notkola\/\">rabarber, glass och salt n\u00f6tkolas\u00e5s<\/a> eller det med <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/enkel-forsommarfin-rabarberdessert\/\">rabarber och luftig vaniljvisp<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I dagens recept \u00e4r stj\u00e4lkarna s\u00e4rskilt vackert rosar\u00f6da, s\u00e5 kallade glasrabarber. De \u00e4r drivna n\u00e5gra veckor under en stor svart tunna. Utan ljus blir de glasartat genomskinliga, mycket spr\u00f6da och inte s\u00e5 k\u00e4rva. Det \u00e4r lite p\u00e5frestande f\u00f6r dem s\u00e5 efter f\u00f6rsta sk\u00f6rden f\u00e5r de vila ett tag med tillg\u00e5ng av ljus, vatten och n\u00e4ring.<\/p>\n<p>Och nu till receptet:<\/p>\n<h2>Rabarbercheesecake \u2013 snabbversionen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>350 g rabarberstj\u00e4lkar<\/li>\n<li>1 dl socker<\/li>\n<li>1 dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd citron, saften<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Chokladkr\u00e4m<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g philadelphiaost<\/li>\n<li>150 g vit choklad<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Dessutom<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>8 &#8211; 10 digestivekex, eller andra kakor du gillar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Ansa rabarbern och sk\u00e4r i bitar. Inte f\u00f6r stora s\u00e5 att de k\u00e4nns tr\u00e5diga. L\u00e4gg i en ugnsform.<\/li>\n<li>Koka en sockerlag p\u00e5: socker, vatten och citronsaft. H\u00e4ll den heta lagen \u00f6ver rabarbern och st\u00e4ll in i ugnen. Stj\u00e4lkarna ska bli mjuka och beroende p\u00e5 tjocklek tar det mellan 5 &#8211; 10 min.<\/li>\n<li>Skeda upp philadelphiaosten i en sk\u00e5l. Grovhacka chokladen och sm\u00e4lt den i mikro eller i en sk\u00e5l \u00f6ver ett vattenbad. L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got innan den blandas med osten.
