V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mina mor\u00f6tter \u00e4r pyttiga, men de finns d\u00e4r och potatisen&#8230;nja, inte \u00e4n, men snart s\u00e5. \u00c4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge \u00e4r det andras sk\u00f6rdar vi knaprar p\u00e5. Vi serverade tillsammans med varmr\u00f6kt lax, och ja, det var verkligen gott!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Inget att v\u00e4nta p\u00e5, h\u00e4r kommer recepten:<\/p>\n<h2>Prim\u00f6rtillbeh\u00f6r 1<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Stompad f\u00e4rskpotatis med gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>800 g f\u00e4rskpotatis<\/li>\n<li>1 klick rumsvarmt sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>n\u00e5gra dillkvistar<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka potatisen i saltat vatten. H\u00e4ll av vattnet och l\u00e5t dem \u00e5nga av en liten stund innan sm\u00f6ret klickas i kastrullen tillsammans med cr\u00e8me fraiche. Tryck till potatisarna med en st\u00f6t eller en gaffel. De ska verkligen tryckas till, men inte mosas eftersom de l\u00e4tt blir klistriga d\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k och dill fint. Str\u00f6 \u00f6rterna \u00f6ver potatisen och salta l\u00e4tt. Perfekt till r\u00f6kt lax, eller till f\u00e4rsbiffar, eller varf\u00f6r inte l\u00e4gga en rej\u00e4l klick i ett tunnbr\u00f6d och servera med grillad korv. Och s\u00e5d\u00e4r forts\u00e4tter det. Gott till mycket helt enkelt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Prim\u00f6rtillbeh\u00f6r 2<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Gr\u00e4ddkokta mor\u00f6tter med dilldoft<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 knippa mor\u00f6tter, cirka 500 g<\/li>\n<li>2 \u2013 2 \u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd msk koncentrerad gr\u00f6nsaks- eller kycklingfond<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd citron, saften<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa dill<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Skrubba eller skala mor\u00f6tterna. Dela p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden i halvor, kvartar eller skivor. Stek mor\u00f6tterna varsamt i sm\u00f6r.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dde, fond och pressad citron. Koka ihop tills s\u00e5sen f\u00e5r en kr\u00e4mig konsistens och mor\u00f6tterna \u00e4r mjuka med en aning tuggmotst\u00e5nd kvar.<\/li>\n<li>Finhacka och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver dillen. Smaka av med salt.
