V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mor\u00f6tter \u00e4r lite som l\u00f6k. De finns med \u00f6verallt och \u00e4r definitivt sinnebilden f\u00f6r det h\u00e4lsosamma och nyttiga. Men vad s\u00e4ger ni, har pr\u00e4ktigheten gjort dem lite tr\u00e5kiga? En sorts m\u00e5ste-gr\u00f6nsak.<\/p>\n<p>Synd i s\u00e5 fall f\u00f6r de har potential. Passar ihop med en hel rad sp\u00e4nnande kryddor och \u00e4ts f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4lden. Visst ryms det en hel del bra saker i roten och s\u00e4rskilt i dem som f\u00e5r beh\u00e5lla skalet.<\/p>\n<p>Lite v\u00e4rme och ett tillskott av fett ger oss dessutom b\u00e4ttre tillg\u00e5ng till olika v\u00e4lg\u00f6rande \u00e4mnen. Dagens recept inneh\u00e5ller b\u00e5da delarna och jag lovar att det \u00e4r mer \u00e4n bara en pr\u00e4ktig h\u00e4lsor\u00e4tt. Nu snackar vi gourmetmor\u00f6tter!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mor\u00f6tter med dillsm\u00f6r och str\u00f6ssel<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>4 personer, som tillbeh\u00f6r eller sm\u00e5r\u00e4tt<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 knippa mor\u00f6tter, cirka 500 g<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl hasseln\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>4 skivor bacon<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd knippa gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dillsm\u00f6r<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 liten dillknippa<\/li>\n<li>1 liten vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>50 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Skrubba eller skala mor\u00f6tterna. Skiva dem tunt p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden.<\/li>\n<li>Grovhacka n\u00f6tterna och rosta dem i torr panna. Knaperstek baconskivorna och l\u00e5t dem rinna av p\u00e5 ett papper. Sk\u00e4r gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken fint.<\/li>\n<li>Finhacka dillen. Riv eller pressa vitl\u00f6ken. Blanda dill, vitl\u00f6k och sm\u00f6r. Smaka av med salt.<\/li>\n<li>Salta morotsskivorna och stek dem i olja till fin f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg upp och str\u00f6ssla \u00f6ver n\u00f6tter, baconet i bitar och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken. Klicka \u00f6ver dillsm\u00f6ret. Passar b\u00e5de k\u00f6tt och fisk. Prova exempelvis till grillad lax eller stekta f\u00e4rsbiffar.
