Hennes verk tillh\u00f6r kanon och alla har l\u00e4st n\u00e5got. F\u00f6r det har ni v\u00e4l? Jag har. Mycket och m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger. Hon f\u00f6ljer med och samma sak g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r henne som f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga av de som inte \u00e4r n\u00e4ra men \u00e4nd\u00e5 betyder n\u00e5got f\u00f6r oss. Vi vill veta mer.<\/p>\n<p>Vem var hon? Hur levde hon?\u00a0 Vi vill l\u00e4sa breven, se huset och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00e5 en bild av selmalivet. H\u00e4r kommer ytterligare en bit av pusslet. Det ska bli mellan 20 och 25 stycken, men om man inga kakformar har s\u00e5 fungerar en g\u00f6mma precis lika bra. Den som har formar g\u00f6r p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt bara flera. B\u00e4st ocks\u00e5 att sm\u00f6rja formarna med lite sm\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r man som jag blir satsen lagom till en ordin\u00e4r pajform. Jag g\u00f6r den enligt receptet, n\u00e4stan i alla fall.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker att Selma sn\u00e5lade p\u00e5 de r\u00f6da vinb\u00e4ren. 3 dl s\u00e4ger receptet, men jag tycker 4 eller 4 \u00bd dl. S\u00e4gas ska ocks\u00e5 att det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en kaka f\u00f6r den som gillar kokos. I synnerhet kokostoppar f\u00f6r smeten som breds \u00f6ver b\u00e4ren \u00e4r mycket lik.<\/p>\n<p>Varf\u00f6r inte passa p\u00e5 att l\u00e4sa n\u00e5got l\u00e4mpligt till kakan? Hon skrev en hel del ber\u00e4ttelser med sp\u00f6k-eller skr\u00e4cktema den goda Selma. Folk g\u00e5r igen. Och l\u00e4gger sig i. Prova en novell, de har lagom fikal\u00e4ngd. Bortbytingen kanske? Eller d\u00f6dskallen.<\/p>\n<p>Och mina v\u00e4nner, s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till n\u00e4r man ska fixa fika som en nobelpristagare i litteratur.<\/p>\n<h2>Selma Lagerl\u00f6fs vinb\u00e4rsg\u00f6mmor \u2013 i singular<\/h2>\n<p>3 &#8211; 4 dl r\u00f6da vinb\u00e4r<\/p>\n<h4>M\u00f6rdeg<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Kokostopping<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>200 g riven kokos<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl socker<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret i bitar och l\u00e4gg det tillsammans med mj\u00f6l och socker i en matberedare. K\u00f6r snabbt ihop degen och tryck ut den i formen. St\u00e4ll in i kylen. Alternativet \u00e4r att nypa ihop degen p\u00e5 1800-talsvis.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r till fyllningen och blanda det med kokos socker och \u00e4gg.<\/li>\n<li>Fyll formen med b\u00e4r och klicka kokossmeten \u00f6ver. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen 15 \u2013 20 minuter. Kaka ska f\u00e5 fin f\u00e4rg och degen ska inte vara degig.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Om jag nu skulle peta \u00e4nnu mer i originalreceptet s\u00e5 f\u00f6resl\u00e5r jag att formen med m\u00f6rdegen f\u00e5r vila en stund i frysen och att den sedan f\u00f6rgr\u00e4ddas innan b\u00e4ren l\u00e4ggs i. D\u00e5 kan gr\u00e4ddningstiden h\u00e5llas ner n\u00e4r fyllningen \u00e4r p\u00e5 och kokosen riskerar inte att bli torr.
