Vi planerar. Kr\u00e4ftorna s\u00e5klart i stora lass, men s\u00e5 ska det till n\u00e5got mer. En buff\u00e9 att plocka fr\u00e5n. Ni vet, ostpaj, en liten trevlig f\u00e4rsbiff och n\u00e5got s\u00f6tt efter\u00e5t. V\u00e4lkomna in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r krondillens m\u00e5nad. En av mina favoritkryddor kanske f\u00f6r att den h\u00f6r s\u00e5 n\u00e4ra ihop med kr\u00e4ftorna. Vi plockar med lyktor och m\u00e5ngubbar. Och funderar \u00f6ver myggen. \u00c4r de inte ovanligt ettriga i \u00e5r? Klarar anklarna en kv\u00e4ll i det fria?<\/p>\n<p>Egentligen \u00e4r jag en festbangare. Allts\u00e5 jag gillar fest, men det g\u00f6r inget om jag upplever den lite p\u00e5 h\u00e5ll. K\u00f6ket \u00e4r f\u00f6rsta parkett i min v\u00e4rld. Min b\u00e4sta plats. Skratt och prat. Sk\u00e5l, s\u00e5ng och slammer med tallrikar. N\u00e5got med \u00e4pple blir en bra dessert eller en chokladkr\u00e4m med b\u00e4r.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>F\u00f6rutom gener\u00f6st med kr\u00e4ftor, som jag helst kokar sj\u00e4lv, blir det buff\u00e9. T\u00e4nker att ni f\u00e5r ta del av \u00e5rets plan. Frasiga kantarellflan, v\u00e4sterbottensostpaj, ett fat med f\u00e4rsbiffar och gr\u00f6nsaker, potatissallad, ostfyllda br\u00f6d och n\u00e5got s\u00f6tt efter\u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p>Tanken \u00e4r att det mesta ska g\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra i god tid. Biffar, paj, potatissallad och dessert kan g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 morgonen, eller till och med dagen f\u00f6re.
