Och h\u00f6rrni, mat p\u00e5 br\u00f6d \u00e4r oslagbart! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pizza klingar aningen illa. Lite d\u00e5ligt samvete. Det \u00e4r k\u00e4k f\u00f6r den som inte har tid. F\u00f6r den som ger blanka fasen i &#8221;vad&#8221; bara det g\u00e5r att \u00e4ta. Parallellt \u00e4r det h\u00e4r mat f\u00f6r de initierade n\u00f6rdarna. De som vet allt om exakta temperaturer och olika sorters mj\u00f6l. Och om vi snackar snabbmat s\u00e5 \u00e4r den h\u00e4r versionen b\u00e5de och. Den ska j\u00e4sa minst ett dygn, men sedan kan degbollarna st\u00e5 t\u00e4ckta i kylen och v\u00e4nta i flera dagar. D\u00e5 j\u00e4klar \u00e4r det snabbt att f\u00e5 maten p\u00e5 bordet.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har bakat ut dem som sm\u00e5 pizzabullar och som pizzor i alla storlekar. Storleken v\u00e4ljer man n\u00e4r deg\u00e4mnena formas. Sexton sm\u00e5, \u00e5tta lite st\u00f6rre eller fyra stora \u00e4r bra m\u00e5tt. Min grund \u00e4r tomats\u00e5s och den \u00e4r f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt mitt generaltips f\u00f6r snabbmat. Ha alltid en sk\u00e5l tomats\u00e5s i kylen. Och en i frysen. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/tomatsas-igen-och-igen-valkommen-vardag\/\">Mer om det i inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rutom tomat ska det till ost. Mozzarella \u00e4r gott. Eller snarare neutralt med bra sm\u00e4ltegenskaper. Sedan kan man plocka p\u00e5 efter preferens. Jag \u00e4lskar grillade gr\u00f6nsaker. En stor h\u00f6g och en klick pesto. Ost \u00e4r f\u00f6rresten inte alls n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt. En mig n\u00e4rst\u00e5ende vegan klickar p\u00e5 en r\u00f6ra av oliver och pesto utan ost. Vansinnigt gott!<\/p>\n<p>Men f\u00f6rst ut \u00e4r degen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pizzadeg<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>4 &#8211; 16 stycken<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 g j\u00e4st<\/li>\n<li>4 dl vatten<\/li>\n<li>600 gram vetemj\u00f6l special<\/li>\n<li>15 g salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Smula ner j\u00e4sten i bunken till en degblandare. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten, mj\u00f6l och salt. Blanda snabbt ihop till en deg. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa i rumstemperatur 6 till 8 timmar.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll upp degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bakbord. Dela i bitar och forma runda deg\u00e4mnen genom att dra i degen och vika in snibbarna p\u00e5 undersidan. L\u00e4gg i t\u00e4ckt form och l\u00e5t j\u00e4sa i kylen ett dygn. Den kan st\u00e5 upp till tre dygn och plockas fram bit f\u00f6r bit n\u00e4r det passar.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 250 grader. l\u00e4ggs degen p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lat bord. Tryck fram en pizzaform med lite kant genom att b\u00f6rja fr\u00e5n mitten och trycka ut\u00e5t kanterna. Snurra och t\u00e4nj p\u00e5 degen tills den f\u00e5r formen du \u00f6nskar.<\/li>\n<li>Grundfyllning \u00e4r ett tunt lager tomats\u00e5s som sedan kan f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkas med ost och annat p\u00e5l\u00e4gg. M\u00f6jligheterna \u00e4r m\u00e5nga! Pizzorna gr\u00e4ddas p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme, 250 grader, i cirka 5 minuter. H\u00e5ll koll p\u00e5 f\u00e4rgen. Skjutsa helst in dem p\u00e5 en het pl\u00e5t eller en uppv\u00e4rmd pizzasten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>De sm\u00e5 trinda pizzabullarna p\u00e5 en av bilderna kan med f\u00f6rdel fyllas med f\u00e4rskost.
