Ett sensommarfika ni inte f\u00e5r missa. M\u00f6rkt socker, mandel och nyplockade, sm\u00f6rstekta plommon! Inget att v\u00e4nta p\u00e5. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Persika \u00e4r en vanlig fyllning i en cobbler, men jag har gjort den p\u00e5 allt m\u00f6jligt, b\u00e4r av alla slag, \u00e4pplen och plommon.<\/p>\n<p>Ofta g\u00f6rs den h\u00e4r paj-kakan med en slarvigt t\u00e4ckande deg. Degen l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5 i klickar s\u00e5 att det finns mellanrum f\u00f6r v\u00e4tska att pysa ut, men denna g\u00e5ngen t\u00e4cker min smet\/deg n\u00e4stan helt och det gick utm\u00e4rkt. Cobbler betyder skomakare och ordet h\u00f6r ihop med ett verb som handlar om att lappa. Lite lappt\u00e4cke kanske man kan t\u00e4nka.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00f6rkt socker g\u00f6r att den f\u00e5r en mustig ton som jag verkligen \u00e4lskar. En liten f\u00f6raning om h\u00f6st, men med sommark\u00e4nsla. Lite mustigare, lite omsorgsfullt omh\u00e4ndertagande och vansinnigt gott.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jag g\u00f6r min cobbler direkt i en gjutj\u00e4rnspanna. Pannan f\u00e5r f\u00f6rst g\u00e5 en stund p\u00e5 spisen n\u00e4r jag sm\u00f6rsteker plommonen hastigt och sedan st\u00e4ller jag in den i ugnen. Viktigt allts\u00e5 att skaftet t\u00e5l v\u00e4rmen.<\/p>\n<p>Vi har testat den varm, ljummen och kylsk\u00e5pskall och allt funkar. Den m\u00f6rka f\u00e4rgen p\u00e5 min plommoncobbler \u00e4r ett resultat av m\u00f6rkt socker inte alls att den \u00e4r br\u00e4nd. Jag anv\u00e4nde farinsocker som kommer med djupa toner av melass och lite lakrits. Fantastiskt ihop med plommon! Smeten \u00e4r f\u00f6r \u00f6vrigt farligt god.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har anv\u00e4nt mig av tv\u00e5 sorters plommon, Victoria som \u00e4r en favorit och en sort jag tror kallas Herman. Bra om plommonen har aningen syra i smaken, men i \u00f6vrigt funkar s\u00e4kert de flesta sorter.<\/p>\n<p>Nu bakar vi!<\/p>\n<h2>Plommoncobbler<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>700 g plommon<\/li>\n<li>2 msk sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Deg<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl hel mandel<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl farinsocker<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl vetemj\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk \u00e4kta vaniljpulver<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk grovkrossad kardemumma<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<li>100 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>K\u00e4rna ur plommonen. Stek dem varsamt i sm\u00f6r.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Mixa mandeln till smulor. Jag gillar att beh\u00e5lla lite struktur med bitar i smulet. Blanda med farinsocker, mj\u00f6l, vaniljpulver, kardemumma och bakpulver. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dden och r\u00f6r ihop med \u00f6vriga degingredienser.<\/li>\n<li>Klicka smeten \u00f6ver plommonen. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen och s\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen till 175 grader. Gr\u00e4dda 20 \u2013 25 minuter tills k\u00f6ket doftar och ytan f\u00e5tt lite f\u00e4rg.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t svalna n\u00e5got och servera med vaniljglass.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Har du \u00e4pplen p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng i tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden s\u00e5 kanske du vill varva med en \u00e4ppelkaka. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/jag-sager-bara-appelmazarinkaka\/\">D\u00e5 har du ett grymt bra recept vid l\u00e4nken h\u00e4r<\/a>.
