Den \u00e4r grym och jag t\u00e4nker inte babbla mer om det utan g\u00e5r direkt, utan omsvep, p\u00e5 denna i s\u00e4rklass godaste av gurkinl\u00e4ggningar. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Genast ska jag s\u00e4ga att det finns en baksida med den h\u00e4r inl\u00e4ggningen. Fr\u00e5gan som alltid kommer: \u201dHur l\u00e4nge h\u00e5ller den?\u201dhar inget s\u00e4kert svar.<\/p>\n<p>Eller teoretiskt kan jag s\u00e4ga att det \u00e4r en inl\u00e4ggning som \u00e4r s\u00e4ker och b\u00f6r ha l\u00e5ng h\u00e5llbarhet utifr\u00e5n m\u00e4ngden socker och \u00e4ttika som b\u00e5da konserverar, men vi har aldrig lyckats s\u00e4tta den p\u00e5 prov. Den tar helt enkelt slut. Snabbt. N\u00e5, med detta s\u00e4ger jag allts\u00e5 att vi har haft v\u00e5ra burkar som l\u00e4ngst i tre m\u00e5nader och d\u00e5 var de bra, men l\u00e4ngre str\u00e4cker sig inte min garanti.<\/p>\n<p>Gardera med vansinnigt noggrant diskade och ugnssteriliserade burkar. Det vill s\u00e4ga minst 15 min i 125 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Jobba med rena h\u00e4nder och verktyg och f\u00f6rvara till sist burkarna i kylen.<\/p>\n<p>Gurkan kan \u00e4tas som den \u00e4r bland annat till stekar, p\u00e5 hamburgare och p\u00e5 kn\u00e4ckemacka med leverpastej(!). En annan variant \u00e4r att blanda den med exempelvis tjock yoghurt och servera till fisk.\u00a0 Eller r\u00f6r ihop med cr\u00e8me fraiche och riv i en vitl\u00f6ksklyfta.<\/p>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r omg\u00e5ngen r\u00e4cker till en tv\u00e5litersburk.<\/p>\n<h2>Riven inlagd gurka<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd kg inl\u00e4ggningsgurka<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd kg gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 knippa dill + ett par dillkronor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Lag<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd kg socker<\/li>\n<li>4 dl \u00e4ttika, 12 %<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl salt<\/li>\n<li>1 (-2) p\u00e5sar gult senapsfr\u00f6, ca 35 g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Koka upp ingredienserna till lagen s\u00e5 att sockret sm\u00e4lter. St\u00e4ll att svalna.<\/li>\n<li>Tv\u00e4tta gurkorna noga. Skala l\u00f6ken. Sk\u00f6lj dillkronorna. Sk\u00e4r dillen fint.<\/li>\n<li>Enklast \u00e4r att l\u00e5ta en matberedare med rivtillsats g\u00f6ra jobbet. Riv gurkor och l\u00f6k grovt. L\u00e4gg upp i en sk\u00e5l och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver lagen tillsammans med dill och dillkronor. R\u00f6r om och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 en stund innan rivet l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5 burk.<\/li>\n<li>Gurkan \u00e4r god redan efter n\u00e5gra timmar, men tj\u00e4nar p\u00e5 att st\u00e5 n\u00e5gra dygn innan den b\u00f6rjar anv\u00e4ndas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Mycket popul\u00e4r som sagt och en del i hemligheten \u00e4r nog den relativt stora andelen l\u00f6k. Mycket senapsfr\u00f6 och en hel del dill dessutom. Gott om smak helt enkelt.<\/p>\n<p>Vill du g\u00f6ra annan inl\u00e4ggningsvariant av frilands-, eller V\u00e4ster\u00e5sgurka s\u00e5 tycker jag du ska kika p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/har-dansar-herr-surgurka\/\">inl\u00e4gget om fermenterad eller syrad gurka<\/a>. N\u00e5got helt annat men vansinnigt gott och nyttigt dessutom. Allt gott!
