N\u00f6tig smak och perfekt att steka eller k\u00f6ra i ugn f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en fin krispig yta. Den klarar v\u00e4rmen och h\u00e5ller stilen hela v\u00e4gen fram till tallriken. Sk\u00e4r zucchinin i stickor eller anv\u00e4nd en mandolin med juliennetillsats.<\/li>\n<li>Strimla de gr\u00f6na bladen fint och finhacka persiljan.<\/li>\n<li>Hetta upp en stekpanna rej\u00e4lt. H\u00e4ll i en skv\u00e4tt olivolja och l\u00e4gg i zucchinin. L\u00e5t den ligga en stund utan att r\u00f6ra. V\u00e4nd fr\u00e4set och l\u00e4gg i allt det gr\u00f6na. Riv i vitl\u00f6ken. Riv skalet av en halv citron och r\u00f6r ner det tillsammans med n\u00e5gon msk pressad citronsaft.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll av pastan men skopa f\u00f6rst \u00f6ver drygt en dl av buljongen den kokat i ner i stekpannan. R\u00f6r ner pastan i zuccinifr\u00e4set och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver osten. R\u00f6r om, l\u00e4gg upp i sk\u00e5lar och placera en klick sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 den heta pastan i varje sk\u00e5l. Servera och \u00e4t p\u00e5 direkten.
