Fantastiskt gott, men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rsett med glada gr\u00f6na smileys i WWF:s k\u00f6ttguide som hj\u00e4lper dig att g\u00f6ra kloka matval. Rulla medelstora k\u00f6ttbullar, ungef\u00e4r 50 stycken. Stek i en blandning av olja och sm\u00f6r. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver k\u00f6ttbullarna i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00e4lt en matsked sm\u00f6r i stekpannan d\u00e4r k\u00f6ttbullarna stekts. L\u00e4gg i svampen och fr\u00e4s den tills v\u00e4tskan f\u00f6rsvunnit. L\u00e4gg i schalottenl\u00f6ken och stek en kort stund p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dden och sjud ihop n\u00e5gra minuter. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i \u00e4lgk\u00f6ttbullarna och forts\u00e4tt att sm\u00e5puttra tills s\u00e5sen har en fin konsistens och bra smak.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg vinb\u00e4r, socker och vin\u00e4ger i en kastrull.
