M\u00e4ttar gott en h\u00f6stdisig tisdagslunch och st\u00e4ller genast upp som glamor\u00f6s, festlig sidekick n\u00e4r vi beh\u00f6ver en s\u00e5dan. En festprisse alla gillar \u00e4r en riktigt kr\u00e4mig potatisgrat\u00e4ng. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4r en av dem som inte kan l\u00e5ta bli att kika p\u00e5 vad andra handlar. Alltid sp\u00e4nnande. En j\u00e4ttep\u00e5se med f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra! Till vad? N\u00e5got som ser ut som frysta oliver, men som visar sig vara lecakulor n\u00e4r jag fr\u00e5gar. Hela korgen proppfull med t\u00e5rtingredienser\u2026vad ska firas? Och s\u00e5 den gamla mannen som fyller bandet med en l\u00e5ngl\u00e5ng rad med \u00e4rtsoppa p\u00e5 burk. Hoppas verkligen att det \u00e4r favoritr\u00e4tten.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5d\u00e4r h\u00e5ller jag p\u00e5, n\u00e4stan alltid bara nyfiket utan att tycka si eller s\u00e5, f\u00f6rutom n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller potatis. Det \u00e4r n\u00e5got gammaldags som vaknar. Det h\u00e4r klarar vi v\u00e4l f\u00f6r fasen sj\u00e4lva.<\/p>\n<p>Hela sommaren retade jag mig p\u00e5 ton av potatissallad i plastbyttor och nu g\u00f6r grat\u00e4ngerna entr\u00e9. P\u00e5se efter p\u00e5se med n\u00e5n sorts kletig, halvf\u00e4rdig potatisr\u00e4tt. Jag har inte kollat h\u00e5llbarheten p\u00e5 p\u00e5sen, men vet att potatissallad klarar ett flera veckor l\u00e5ngt liv i plastburk. Ett av v\u00e5ra mest \u00e4lskade livsmedel, och t\u00e4nk vad den kan! F\u00f6rvandlar sig fr\u00e5n krispiga pommes, till lyxig potatissallad till len pur\u00e9 och till ljuvligt kr\u00e4mig potatisgrat\u00e4ng. Alla recepten finns i l\u00e4nkar nedan.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>F\u00f6rst tv\u00e5 grat\u00e4ngtips<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Den som har lite br\u00e5ttom kan blanda ingredienserna i receptet nedan och sedan l\u00e5ta alltihop puttra ett par minuter f\u00f6rsiktigt i en kastrull innan potatisen fylls i formarna. D\u00e5 \u00e4r processen ig\u00e5ng och tiden i ugnen kan kortas.<\/li>\n<li>Potatisgrat\u00e4ngen kan tillagas en dag i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g och f\u00f6rvaras i kyl om man vet att tidsbrist v\u00e4ntar. Bara att ta ur kylen n\u00e4r det n\u00e4rmar sig middagsdags och s\u00e4tta in i ugnen p\u00e5 150 grader tills de \u00e4r varma.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>H\u00e4r kommer ett recept p\u00e5 en synnerligen bra och garanterat kr\u00e4mig potatisgrat\u00e4ng. Den kan g\u00f6ras i en stor eller i fyra mindre formar. Alltid trevligt med en egen liten grat\u00e4ng att r\u00e5da \u00f6ver. Inga konstigheter och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Kr\u00e4mig potatisgrat\u00e4ng<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 g potatis<\/li>\n<li>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 \u2013 2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/li>\n<li>2 dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd dl gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 dl pr\u00e4st- eller v\u00e4sterbottensost<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk grovmald svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Skala och skiva potatisen tunt. Skiva l\u00f6ken och riv vitl\u00f6ken.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l och blanda med \u00f6vriga ingredienser. Fyll fyra ugnsfasta portionsformar, eller en stor. Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen tills potatisen \u00e4r mjuk och ytan f\u00e5tt fin f\u00e4rg. R\u00e4kna med 20 minuter f\u00f6r sm\u00e5 forma och knappt dubbla tiden f\u00f6r en stor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sv\u00e5rare \u00e4r det inte, men som sagt o\u00e4ndligt mycket b\u00e4ttre.
