Eller br\u00f6d. H\u00e4r presenteras en sorts mellanting som lika g\u00e4rna kan \u00e4tas med sm\u00f6r och en skiva lagrad ost som funka till lagom s\u00f6tt fikabr\u00f6d. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Doften av \u00e4pple, kanel, kardemumma, honung och nybakat snirklar sig runt k\u00f6ket, men i en variant. Inte s\u00e5 s\u00f6tt som \u00e4ppelkaka och \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte grovt som br\u00f6d. B\u00e5de och s\u00e4ger jag och k\u00e4nner att det beror p\u00e5 hur br\u00f6det serveras.<\/p>\n<p>Norrm\u00e4nnen \u00e4r ett sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sfolk. I det l\u00e4get h\u00e5ller br\u00f6det knappt ihop. Jag tycker att det ska f\u00e5 svalna f\u00f6r att bli lite stadigare, men nix. E vill addera n\u00e5got salt och kompletterar med sm\u00f6r och ost. Sm\u00f6ret droppar och ja, absolut. Hon \u00e4r mycket n\u00f6jd. Gott!<\/p>\n<p>Jag som st\u00e5r f\u00f6r t\u00e5lamodet i den h\u00e4r historien stoppar br\u00f6d-kakan i kylen. Heja Norge nu k\u00f6r vi.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c4ppelbr\u00f6d \u2013 med \u00e4ppelkaksk\u00e4nsla<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g mandlar<\/li>\n<li>80 g vetemj\u00f6l, fullkorn<\/li>\n<li>80 g havregryn<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk helt kardemummafr\u00f6<\/li>\n<li>1 msk kanel<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk bakpulver<\/li>\n<li>2 + 1 \u00e4pple<\/li>\n<li>10 f\u00e4rska dadlar<\/li>\n<li>50 g hasseln\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl honung<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd dl tjock yoghurt eller cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd dl rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. K\u00f6r mandlarna i matberedare till mj\u00f6l. Det g\u00f6r inget om det blir lite bitar kvar. Blanda med mj\u00f6l och havregryn. Krossa kardemumman grovt och blanda i den tillsammans med kanel och bakpulver.<\/li>\n<li>Riv tv\u00e5 av \u00e4pplena grovt. Jag rev dem oskalade. K\u00e4rna ur och grovhacka dadlarna. Hacka n\u00f6tterna mycket grovt. Br\u00f6det ska vara bitigt.<\/li>\n<li>Nu kan alla ingredienserna blandas ihop till en j\u00e4mn smet och sedan fyllas i en avl\u00e5ng 1 \u00bd liters bakform kl\u00e4dd med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Sk\u00e4r det tredje \u00e4pplet i tunna skivor och tryck ner dem i smeten.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i 1 \u00bd timma till fin f\u00e4rg.
