M\u00e5ste vi bara f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r halloween, eller? Men, h\u00f6r mig n\u00e4r jag s\u00e4ger fel, fel, fel. R\u00e4tt hanterad \u00e4r pumpa gott. P\u00e5 riktigt j\u00e4ttegott! V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c5h, denna f\u00f6rtalade gr\u00f6nsak. Helt obegripligt eftersom jag kan rada den ena f\u00f6rdelen efter den andra. Och sj\u00e4lvklart \u00e4r smaken viktigare \u00e4n n\u00e5got annat. G\u00f6r r\u00e4tt och jag lovar succ\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Vi kan genast plocka ut vatten som pumpans v\u00e4rsta fiende. Det kan funka undantagsvis om du g\u00f6r ett mos, men annars nix. Ugnsrost \u00e4r metoden plockar fram det b\u00e4sta ur gr\u00f6nsaken som inte bara \u00e4r god utan ocks\u00e5 mycket vacker.<\/p>\n<p>Dela, k\u00e4rna ur och sk\u00e4r eventuellt i mindre bitar. Lite olja och salt p\u00e5 innan du rostar p\u00e5 200 grader tills den \u00e4r mjuk och k\u00f6ket doftar. Den vackert orangea f\u00e4rgen ska f\u00e5 matchande brynta kanter. Leta efter Uchiki kuri, Green hokkaido eller minibutternut.<\/p>\n<h3>Pumpans b\u00e4sta smaks\u00e4llskap<\/h3>\n<p>Det finns vissa smaker som g\u00f6r sig s\u00e4rskilt bra till pumpa. Rostad l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k. Rosmarin och faktiskt den annars sv\u00e5ra salvian, men den ska stekas f\u00f6rst. Olivolja! Chili \u00e4r inte dumt. Citrus kan funka, lime, apelsin och citron. Och s\u00e5 har vi det klockrena s\u00e4llskapet av mejerier: sm\u00f6r, cr\u00e8me fraiche och ost. Lagrad riven pr\u00e4stost! Till sist trivs pumpan med s\u00e4ltan i bacon eller knaperstekt rimmat fl\u00e4sk.<\/p>\n<p>Eller till sist\u2026? Var s\u00e5 goda!<\/p>\n<h2>Pumpapasta<\/h2>\n<p>4 personer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g pasta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pumpacr\u00e9me<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg pumpa, g\u00e4rna Uchiki kuri<\/li>\n<li>2 msk olivolja<\/li>\n<li>1 dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/li>\n<li>1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tillbeh\u00f6r<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g t\u00e4rnat bacon eller stekfl\u00e4sk<\/li>\n<li>1 kvist rosmarin<\/li>\n<li>2 dl riven pr\u00e4stost eller annan god, lagrad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Dela pumpan i fyra delar och k\u00e4rna ur. L\u00e4gg i ugnsfast form, droppa olja \u00f6ver och salta l\u00e4tt. S\u00e4tt in i ugnen och rosta till fin f\u00e4rg och ljuvlig doft.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00f6p ur det vackert orangea pumpak\u00f6ttet. L\u00e4gg i matberedare tillsammans med olja och cr\u00e8me fraiche. K\u00f6r snabbt ihop till sl\u00e4t cr\u00e9me. Riv i vitl\u00f6ken.<\/li>\n<li>Stek bacon knaprigt och just innan det \u00e4r klar repas rosmarin ner i pannan.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda pumpacr\u00e9men med \u00e5ngande het pasta. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver baconfr\u00e4s och riven ost.
