De h\u00e5ller ihop och bakas i ugn med kolas\u00e5s och mandel. En kula glass, och ja\u2026inte dumt alls. V\u00e4lkommen in i k\u00f6ket!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det blir ju s\u00e5 snyggt. Och \u00e4r s\u00e5 gott. Och enkelt. Id\u00e9n \u00e4r egentligen ingen annan \u00e4n ugnsbakade \u00e4pplen med en potatisid\u00e9 i botten. Visst k\u00e4nner ni hasselbackspotatisen? En sk\u00f6nhet p\u00e5 tallriken dedikerad fest och glam. Den som vill veta mer kan <a href=\"https:\/\/blogg.land.se\/skog-till-bord\/hasselbackspotatis\/\">kika vid inl\u00e4gget h\u00e4r.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hursomhelst s\u00e5 gillar jag verkligen klassresan, b\u00e5de f\u00f6r potatisen och \u00e4pplet. N\u00e4r det enkla, lite bonniga reser sig och tar plats. I grunden handlar det om extra omsorg. Varje potatis, eller \u00e4pple f\u00e5r en stunds uppm\u00e4rksamhet av en matlagare och kan visa upp sig i hela sin glans. Jag struntade i att skala. D\u00e5 blir de rustikare, lite mer smak och lite mer att tugga p\u00e5. Det funkar lika bra utan skal s\u00e5 du v\u00e4ljer. \u00c4pplena kommer bakas i ett par omg\u00e5ngar, f\u00f6rst bara med ett par klickar sm\u00f6r, sedan med kolas\u00e5sen. Alla h\u00e4rhemma \u00e4r \u00f6verens om att mandeln \u00e4r viktig f\u00f6r smaken, men kanske allra mest f\u00f6r konsistens. Det beh\u00f6vs en kontrast till det mjuka.<\/p>\n<p>Jag drar p\u00e5 med en rej\u00e4l dos kanel och kardemumma. Grovst\u00f6tt kardemumma fr\u00e5n hela fr\u00f6n. Annars \u00e4r det en lite inst\u00e4llsam r\u00e4tt. Gr\u00e4dde, sirap och socker, vad annat kan man v\u00e4nta. \u00c4pple, kolatoner, mandel och glass. Gott helt enkelt. Och s\u00e5h\u00e4r g\u00e5r det till:<\/p>\n<h2>Hasselbacks\u00e4pplen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 syrliga svenska \u00e4pplen<\/li>\n<li>25 g sm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>1 dl hel mandel<\/li>\n<li>2 msk ljus sirap<\/li>\n<li>4 msk gr\u00e4dde<\/li>\n<li>1 dl socker<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd tsk kanel<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd halv tsk hel kardemumma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Skala frukten om du vill, jag struntade i det. Halvera \u00e4pplena och sk\u00e4r ut k\u00e4rnhuset. Sk\u00e4r inte mer \u00e4n n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt, vi vill att de h\u00e5ller ihop. L\u00e4gg \u00e4ppelhalvorna med snittytan ner och skiva dem tunt uppifr\u00e5n och n\u00e4stan hela v\u00e4gen ner. De ska fortfarande h\u00e5lla ihop i halvor.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i ugnsform och klicka p\u00e5 sm\u00f6ret. Baka i ugnen 10 minuter s\u00e5 att de b\u00f6rjar mjukna. Under tiden hackar du mandeln grovt och kokar upp sirap, gr\u00e4dde och socker. L\u00e5t sm\u00e5puttra n\u00e4r du krossar kardemumman.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r ner mandel och kryddor i kolas\u00e5sen. Ta formen ur ugnen och h\u00e4ll smeten \u00f6ver. St\u00e4ll tillbaka in i ugnen ytterligare 15 minuter tills \u00e4pplena \u00e4r mjuka. Ta ut och servera med vaniljglass.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Har du f\u00f6rr\u00e5den fulla med \u00e4pplen kanske du vill ha mer \u00e4ppelinspiration.
